Emily Blunt and John Krasinski were overheard sharing secrets on the Golden Globes red carpet, but don't jump to conclusions - they're not discussing a breakup.
According to a source close to the couple, "Emily and John are doing great. They are definitely not considering divorce. In fact, they find the rumors quite amusing and absurd."
Blunt, 40, and Krasinski, 44, made an appearance at the Golden Globes on Sunday, January 7, to show their support for her film Oppenheimer. Despite being nominated for Best Supporting Female Actor – Motion Picture, Blunt lost to Da’Vine Joy Randolph from The Holdovers.
Krasinski accompanied his wife on the red carpet to pose for photos. Afterward, a video circulated of the couple chatting in front of the cameras, leading social media users to attempt to read their lips. Some speculated that Krasinski mentioned "divorce," while others believed he said, "I can’t wait to get through this." There were also theories that the pair were discussing the weather, with Krasinski possibly saying, "I can’t wait to get indoors."

Blunt and Krasinski have been together since 2008. They wed two years later in 2010.
"I wasn't really in the market for a relationship and I was planning to take things slow in L.A.," Krasinski revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011. "But then I met her and I was so nervous. I thought, 'Oh no, I might end up falling in love with her.' When I shook her hand, I thought, 'I like you.' It's one of those situations where you just know as soon as you meet someone."
The A Quiet Place costars then welcomed daughters Hazel and Violet in 2014 and 2016, respectively, and have since learned to navigate the highs and lows of being working parents.
"Their professional lives may be hectic, but they excel at balancing it with a fulfilling family life," a second insider shared with Us back in December 2018. "Most of the time, they are just like any other parents, attending birthday parties and arranging playdates for their kids. During weekends, they enjoy brunch outings and spend quality time at the park."

Blunt and Krasinski showed up with their children at the US Open in September 2023, which was a rare occurrence, as they typically keep their family life private. Blunt had previously stated her intent to focus more on her daughters, explaining that she is not currently working and considers spending time with her children during their formative years to be a top priority.

She continued, "It's the constant questioning, 'Will you wake me up? Will you take me to school? Will you pick me up? Will you put me to bed?' I just need to be there for all of them for a good stretch. And I just felt that in my bones."
