Travis Kelce has a strong dedication to fashion. While the 34-year-old tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs has been in the spotlight for his standout and colorful fashion choices while accompanying Taylor Swift, he has always been recognized as a style icon.
"Travis possesses a distinct personal aesthetic and is actively involved in styling himself," stated Danielle Salzedo, Head of Strategy at A&A Management Group, exclusively to We.
Regarding the process, Salzedo, who has assisted Kelce in selecting outfits for game days and red carpet events, describes their work as a collaborative effort. "I am familiar with his preferences and present him with options from brands that align with his style while also exploring new, undiscovered ones," she explained.
Unlike some celebrities, Kelce is very involved in clothing selection and purchases his own designer products rather than waiting to have them sent to him for free.

According to Salzedo, Kelce is an avid online shopper, constantly staying updated on the latest trends and products. He invests a considerable amount of time scouring various retail and designer websites, always on the lookout for new clothing pieces. In fact, he has even been known to purchase items before Salzedo can even reach out to the brand to secure them.
Kelce's sartorial self-expression knows no bounds. According to Salzedo, he fearlessly experiments with monochromatic sets and oversized ensembles. Mixing prints in unconventional ways is also a part of his fashion repertoire.
Kelce's wardrobe boasts an impressive collection of designer pieces, including Louis Vuitton, Fear of God, Christian Dior, Bottega Veneta, Tom Ford, Thom Browne, Marni, and Kid Super.
Travis and Swift, 33, were seen together after the Chiefs vs. Chicago Bears game on September 24. Travis was wearing an off-white denim jacket with a blue illustration, paired with pants by Kid Super. This outfit quickly gained attention and went viral among Swift's fans, who compared it to the artwork for her album "1989 (Taylor's Version)." The buzz around the ensemble was so strong that the brand renamed the jacket from "Bedroom Painting Denim Jacket" to "1989 Bedroom Painting Denim Jacket." Despite the speculation, Kelce, who already owned the Kid Super set, had it in his closet.
“I love the narrative being drawn to his looks,” Salzedo continued before addressing a separate Swift style theory: Kelce’s curtain pants.
In October 2022, Travis Kelce caused a stir when he wore a striking pair of brown crushed velvet pants. These pants were noticed by many who believed they bore a resemblance to the bronze curtains showcased in Taylor Swift's TikTok series titled "Midnight Mayhem With Me."
"They are known for their playfulness, sophistication, and comfort, traits that Travis always executes flawlessly," Salzedo complimented. He admitted, "I cannot explain the [curtain theory], but when individuals truly connect, they often experience these delightful coincidences."
Not only does Kelce consistently impress us with his fashion choices, but he is also determined to establish himself behind the scenes.
According to Salzedo, Kelce is the first NFL player to create an official collaboration with a local club merchandise. His brand Tru Kolors and the Chiefs are preparing to launch a joint collection before the holiday season. Kelce, despite being new to the fashion industry, has already made a significant impact. As an athlete who loves fashion, he faces the challenge of finding clothing that fits his large build, as many brands do not offer sizes suitable for him.
