The Zora Armor in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be familiar to fans of Breath of the Wild. It is the iconic armor that is given to Link, allowing him to swim faster and traverse waterfalls. However, in Tears of the Kingdom, a catastrophic event called the Upheaval occurs, resulting in the loss and damage of the armor due to the release of dark magic across Hyrule.
Fortunately, this does not spell the end for the Zora Armor. Players have the opportunity to fully restore it through a side quest. The Zora Armor is actually part of a matching set, which includes a helm and greaves. If you want to obtain the Zora Armor and the other pieces in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, follow these steps.

How to Get the Zora Armor in Tears of the Kingdom
Players seeking to complete Sidon's quest line in Zora's Domain must acquire the Zora Armor from TOTK. However, locating the Zora Armor in Tears of the Kingdom can be a challenge without proper guidance. To venture into the Water Temple and address the chaotic situation, players must obtain a specific piece of this armor. To assist players in their search for the Zora Armor in TOTK, the following guide has been updated.In the eastern part of Hyrule lies Zora's Domain, where players can acquire the renowned Zora Armor. Upon arrival, an evident issue arises as the once pristine waters and grounds are contaminated by a vile purple sludge. Engaging in conversation with a group situated in the heart of the domain will initiate the commencement of the "Sludge-Covered Statue" main quest.
Once players have completed the quest and been introduced to Lady Yona, the fiancée of Prince Sidon, she extends an invitation for them to meet her in the infirmary. In a surprising revelation, she informs them that the Zora Armor has sustained damage but can be repaired if she obtains an Ancient Arowana fish. Although these fish are quite rare, players will find them conveniently spawning in close proximity to the domain.
Players can talk to Dento, the blacksmith in the back of the general store at the Zora Domain, about the location of the Ancient Arowana.
Where to Find Ancient Arowana in TotK
They have been seen in the vicinity of Mipha's Statue atop Ploymus Mountain. Fishing in Tears of the Kingdom is quite effortless, allowing players to easily catch fish by approaching them. Occasionally, the fish may submerge, but using food as bait can entice them to resurface.
How to Get the Zora Greaves in Tears of the Kingdom
: Upon successfully capturing an Ancient Arowana, players have the opportunity to deliver it to Yona. In return, she will adeptly repair the revered Zora Armor and graciously present it to Link. With this magnificent attire donned, Link gains the extraordinary ability to effortlessly ascend waterfalls and glide through aquatic realms with enhanced swiftness.The Zora Greaves can be obtained by players upon finishing the main quest "Sidon of Zora." Subsequently, locating Lady Yona once more, she will inform Link about an additional gift she wishes to bestow upon him as a token of gratitude for his assistance, thereby initiating the "Token of Friendship" side quest.
She says the Zora Greaves are rumored to be inside the Ancient Zora Waterworks, but people are still determining where exactly.
The Ancient Zora Waterworks lie beneath the East Lake Reservoir, situated to the east of the Zora Domain. To access this hidden underground maze, players must venture through the colossal whirlpool located at the heart of the lake. Upon arrival, they will be taken aback to find that the entire water supply within the waterworks has mysteriously vanished, leaving behind a conspicuous cavity towards the rear.
How to Get the Zora Helm in Tears of the Kingdom
A Stone Talus can be found to the east, below it lies a waterfall hiding a secret room. Inside the room, adventurers will discover a chest (3585, 0247, -0103) containing the Zora Greaves. Equipping these greaves enhances Link's swimming speed, allowing him to move through water more swiftly. Brave players who successfully conquer the Stone Talus will be rewarded with rare monster parts and precious ores.
The Zora Helm is the last component of the Zora set. Informing Lady Yona about acquiring the greaves reveals that khira and Chroma, two Zora, possess valuable information regarding the whereabouts of the Zora Helm. They can be found loitering in the throne room situated at the summit of the Zora Domain.
After conversing with them, a new quest called "Never-ending Lecture" initiates, and they disclose to Link that the Zora Helm can be found within a sky fish's belly. The term "sky fish" denotes the Floating Scales Island situated near Mipha's Court, accessible by swiftly traveling to the Ihen-a Shrine. Players can reach the floating island by employing their paraglider to descend upon the sky waterfall located east of Mipha's Court, which in turn leads them directly to the Floating Scales Island.
Shaped like a colossal fish, the Floating Scales Island features a petite opening on its southeastern side, situated near its tail. Adventurers can either ascend into the opening or gracefully glide through it using a paraglider.
The chest contains the Zora Helm (4094, 0529, 0586), which grants players the ability to perform a spin attack while swimming. Furthermore, equipping the complete Zora set allows players to swim at an enhanced speed and provides them with additional armor protection.
