Within the vast realm of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, lie three labyrinths that challenge Link's skills and wit. Each labyrinth harbors a sacred shrine, waiting for Link to complete his quest. One of these shrines, the Motsusis Shrine, is hidden at the edge of the Gerudo Desert. The desert is infamous for its erratic temperature shifts, making it a treacherous journey for Link to undertake.

Located in a canyon on the eastern edge of Gerudo, the Motsusis Shrine can be found by players venturing into the South Lomei Labyrinth in Tears of the Kingdom. Upon arriving at the labyrinth entrance at -1794, -3333, 0072, players will discover a stone tablet and a research camp. The closest fast travel location is the Kitawak Shrine, while players can also glide to the southeast from the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower to reach the labyrinth entrance.

Locating the labyrinth in the canyon may prove to be a challenge for players as it is well camouflaged within its surroundings. However, players can easily find it by utilizing the game's map feature.

Upon arrival, players will come across a stone tablet and a notebook stationed beside a research camp. The notebook provides insight into a researcher's expedition into the South Lomei Labyrinth, as well as the trail markers they have left behind in the form of nuts and acorns.

Players can easily navigate through the labyrinth by following the researcher's trail highlighted on the map above. However, for those feeling adventurous, there are multiple branches to explore that may lead to treasure or faster routes.

For a quicker way to reach the Motsusis Shrine, players can climb on top of the structure and drop into the maze at the location marked by a star on the map. This will place Link at the coordinates 1773, -3470, 0071, near the end of the marked trail.

Players will find one final research notebook before reaching the central chamber of the South Lomei Labyrinth.

Inside the Motsusis Shrine, players will discover Rauru's Blessing and a Large Zonai Charge inside a chest. Once obtained, they can simply approach the statue located at the back of the shrine to receive the Light of Blessing, without facing any further obstacles. Additionally, players can trigger the "The South Lomei Prophecy" side quest by activating a large Zonai terminal found opposite the shrine.
