She begins her day with a drink of lukewarm water mixed with lemon and Celtic salt.

For breakfast, Gisele Bündchen enjoys a variety of options such as eggs, avocado, omelets, or frittatas. Sometimes, she opts for a smoothie and always adds almond paste for protein instead of using white sugar, which she considers unhealthy. Her upcoming cookbook, titled Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul: A Healthy Lifestyle Cookbook, offers 100 recipes for those looking to eat healthily even with a busy schedule.

After breakfast, Bündchen begins her workout routine, which includes outdoor activities and Pilates. She finds Pilates beneficial for her core strength, especially after undergoing back surgery three years ago. Bündchen exercises six times a week and enjoys activities like surfing, swimming, horseback riding, and volleyball outdoors. Additionally, she practices meditation and jiu-jitsu with rumored boyfriend Joaquim Valente.
