The announcement revealed the languages in which various series would receive dubbed versions, generating high anticipation among fans. Notably, The Demon Sword Master at Excalibur Academy was conspicuously absent from the lineup, leading to speculation that HIDIVE may have acquired the rights instead. Although this omission may not be a catastrophic setback for Crunchyroll's Fall 2023 lineup, it has already sparked frustration among numerous platform subscribers.

Notable highlights from the platform's offerings for Fall 2023 include Dr. Stone: New World part 2, The Ancient Magus' Bride season 2 part 2, The Rising of the Shield Hero season 3, and Goblin Slayer II.
