The Scoundrel Hero of Star Wars
An amazing music video, 'Never Tell Me The Odds,' celebrates Han Solo - the scoundrel hero of Star Wars. Played by Harrison Ford in the Skywalker saga (and by Alden Ehrenreich in Solo: A Star Wars Story), Han Solo is one of the most iconic heroes in Star Wars. He may not have the Force, but his skill and good luck have gotten Han out of so many scrapes.

YouTuber Royish Good Looks has created a wonderful music video celebrating Han Solo. It perfectly captures Han's roguish character, lifting some lyrics from the movies, and summing up his character with other lines. This is most definitely the Han Solo of the Star Wars original trilogy.
Han Solo's Rogue Spirit
Han Solo is a character defined by his smuggler past. Even when he joins the Rebellion, selflessly fighting for a greater good for all (despite his insistence at times that he's just doing it for the money and glory), he never loses his roguishness. He doesn't just take orders; he is a natural leader. He uses his knowledge of smuggling and expert piloting skills to get Luke, Leia, Chewbacca, C3PO, R2D2, and himself through many difficult situations.
Han's confidence is well-deserved. For example, when Han brags in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope that the Millennium Falcon had outrun Imperial Star Destroyers and made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs, it at first seemed like it may be an exaggeration by a smuggler trying to make a quick buck. However, it was revealed throughout the trilogy that not only was the ship fast, but Han's daring and expert piloting, developed over years of running from the law, had made him extremely skilled. Han Solo as a character is cocky, but it is a cockiness based on hard-earned experience.
'Never Tell Me The Odds' is a perfect encapsulation of the spirit of Han Solo. He doesn't want to hear the odds, not because he is scared, but because he is confident that he can beat them. There is no point in telling him the odds. Royish Good Looks clearly understands this aspect of Han Solo's character. That's what makes the music video so good - it puts the character's confidence and personality on full display.
