8 The History Of The Star Wars Galaxy Begins With Peridea
Ahsoka and Huyang journey to Peridea, uncovering its status as the origin of the primary Star Wars galaxy. Huyang, the reliable source of Jedi Padawans, shares gripping tales and historical accounts of the galaxy, with Peridea emerging as one of the earliest and seemingly mythical worlds.
7 Peridea Is The Ancient Homeworld Of The Nightsisters
6 The Nightsisters Aren't Extinct After All
Upon their arrival on Peridea with captive Sabine, Morgan Elsbeth, Baylan Skoll, and Shin Hati rendezvous with a trio of Nighsisters. Morgan confirms that Peridea was the ancestral planet of the Dathimiri, and that they migrated to the main galaxy utilizing the enigmatic star whales they refer to as "The Travelers".
While they have become mostly extinct in the primary Star Wars galaxy, the Nightsisters still seem to hold power on Peridea, particularly through the influence of the Great Mothers, a newly emerged trio. It is also plausible that the Nightsisters were in exile like the purrgil, as it was revealed that these majestic creatures only journey to this planet to meet their demise, their colossal bones forming the rings that encircle it in space.
