Daniel Farke, the former manager of Norwich City and Borussia Monchengladbach, is currently in advanced negotiations to take on the role of the new manager for Leeds United, according to reliable sources. Farke, who previously led Bundesliga club Gladbach, was unfortunately dismissed after a single season, despite leading the team to a respectable 10th place finish.
Content: Farke's appointment at Leeds would mark his return to English football after a successful four-year tenure at Norwich, where he led the team to Championship victories in 2019 and 2021. However, Farke's time at Norwich came to an end nearly two years ago with his dismissal from the club. Following his departure from Norwich, Farke briefly took on the role of manager at Russian club Krasnodar in January 2022. Unfortunately, due to geopolitical events such as the invasion of Ukraine, Farke left the club without the opportunity to manage any games.

Leeds are still searching for their permanent replacement for Sam Allardyce, following the club's relegation from the Premier League in May.
The search for a new manager is nearing its end as the club has identified numerous potential candidates and utilized data analytics to narrow down the selection.
Dossiers were prepared, and roughly 10 candidates were interviewed through Zoom in the initial stage last week. Leeds recently held face-to-face interviews with the final shortlist, which featured Farke and Patrick Vieira, who has since been appointed as the new manager of Strasbourg.
