Braunwyn Windham-Burke, the ex-star of Real Housewives of Orange County, has officially completed her divorce from Sean Burke on November 17th. We can verify this information.
Currently in Berlin with her beloved partner, Windham-Burke joyfully shares, "We are celebrating with non-alcoholic champagne and McDonald's. I'm absolutely thrilled. I feel liberated. All legal matters can now proceed through the court system. I am removing myself from the equation and embracing a fresh start. This is my opportunity for a wonderful life, and I am seizing it with determination."
According to court documents from Us, Burke was directed to pay $6,000 per month in child support and $5,000 in spousal support in April. Three months later, his wages were ordered to be garnished. In October, Burke submitted his own paperwork to modify the child support.
A source reveals that Windham-Burke's previous attempts to maintain a unified family home are no longer successful. According to the insider, Windham-Burke and her fiancée Jennifer Spinner are relocating from the Nashville residence they shared with Burke for several months. "Living together with Sean is no longer feasible," the source states. "It is a regrettable situation, but the divorce has become too contentious."
According to the source, Sean has recently moved into the home they found. The source further mentions that Jennifer will be removing herself from the lease, leaving Sean as the sole leaseholder. Additionally, the insider reveals that the couple intends to permanently vacate the house by December 5.
"Braunwyn won't be celebrating Thanksgiving at home with her kids due to the current situation with Sean. She's deeply saddened by it. However, they have decided to divide the holidays, and she will be spending Christmas with her children."
In 2022, at the age of 45, Windham-Burke filed for divorce from Burke, two years after the former reality star publicly came out as a lesbian. The couple has seven children together: Bella, 23, Rowan, 21, Jacob, 17, twins Caden and Curren, 9, Koa, 8, and Hazel, 5. She recently got engaged to Spinner earlier this year.

After Windham-Burke and Spinner happily entered into their engaged life together, they made the big decision to relocate from Orange County, California to Franklin, Tennessee. Prior to their move, Windham-Burke graciously granted Us an exclusive tour of their new home.
"Welcome to Franklin, Tennessee! We've traded in the orange vibes for cowboy boots, and we couldn't be happier," she enthusiastically shared from the vast grounds of their estate. "As you can see, we now have a lot more property here, which we absolutely love! I'm excited to show you all our beautiful new home."

Last month, Windham-Burke opened up to Us about how she and Spinner were adapting to their full house.
“We have extremely challenging days. There are moments where I find myself at a loss, not knowing what steps to take,” she expressed in October. “Going through a divorce, relocating across the country, leaving one's family behind, and then becoming engaged. It's undeniably overwhelming. However, I must say that Jen significantly alleviates the burden. We complement each other perfectly. When it comes to the children, we are making the best out of the situation.”
Windham-Burke also mentioned that Burke's initial intention was to stay in her guest room for a short period. “But when Sean came to visit, he ended up staying longer," she humorously remarked to Us.
"I believe that when he relocated to this place, he underestimated the possibility of staying permanently," she explained. "I reckon he initially envisioned frequent travels back and forth and possibly establishing new friendships, maybe even beginning a romantic relationship here. I anticipate that it would be wonderful because, presently, he remains deeply ingrained in our lives. I must genuinely admire his adaptability as he is seamlessly adjusting to this new chapter."
