Lavigne, who is 39 years old, and Whibley, who is 44, performed a duet of his band Sum 41's song "In Too Deep" at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, June 1.

"Tonight, we have a very special guest joining us. He plays guitar in one of my favorite bands, as well as one of your favorites," Lavigne announced before the song, according to Kerrang!
