Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Pauline Kelly, 27, has recently been charged after her misdemeanor arrest. The charges include soliciting prostitution, indecent exposure, and obstructing governmental operations, as stated on the Elmore County Sheriff’s Office website. Her bond is currently set at $2,000.

Kelley was arrested in Alabama on April 5 for allegedly flashing drivers off the highway. According to the booking report obtained by Us, she will be charged with two misdemeanors.

Initially, Kelley was supposed to appear in court on Thursday, April 11. However, Page Six has reported that the court date has been postponed until April 25. Neither Grace nor her mother Judd, 59, have commented on the charges or the alleged incident.

Grace is the daughter of Judd and her ex-husband, Arch Kelley III. Judd and Arch, who were married from 1996 to 1998, also share 29-year-old son Elijah.

Grace Pauline Kelley was arrested on drug charges in 2016. In May 2017, she pleaded guilty to charges related to meth manufacturing, delivery, sale, and possession with intent. Initially sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, her sentence was later reduced to 30 days. In addition to jail time, Grace was also required to complete a drug program and serve the remainder of her sentence on probation.

Grace was confirmed to have broken probation, resulting in a sentence of eight years at West Tennessee State Penitentiary. After being released in November 2019 and granted parole, less than a year later, Judd spoke about the situation.

During a February 2020 appearance on The Pursuit! with John Rich, the country singer shared, "I will tell you this. My daughter is the strongest Judd woman in our herstory. She’s healthier than I was at 23. How she got there — I would not go that way, but I was also sequestered. … That could have been me if I didn’t have music."

Grace was arrested two months later for violating her probation and was ultimately granted parole and supervised release in 2021. She was arrested again in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and a restraining order. Grace was released in October 2023.

Grace is the mother of Kaliyah Chanel, who was born in April 2022. Judd is an active part of her granddaughter’s life.

Judd shared with Today in October 2022 that his 6-month-old granddaughter hasn't started speaking yet, but he feels a strong connection with her. He mentioned that spending time with her gives him hope and a different perspective. Judd expressed how refreshing it is to be around his grandchild, as it shifts the focus away from himself and his own concerns.
