Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Kelley, remains in jail 12 days after her arrest. Online records show that Kelley, 27, is currently held at the Elmore County Jail on a $2,500 bond. She was arrested by the Millbrook Police Department in Alabama on the evening of April 5.

Kelley faced charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations for allegedly exposing her breasts and “lower body” at a highway intersection. A third charge of soliciting prostitution was later added.

According to Page Six, Kelley's court date originally scheduled for April 11 has been rescheduled to April 25.

Judd, who is 59 years old, has not spoken publicly about her daughter's arrest. On the other hand, Kelley has denied all the accusations made against her in an interview with The New York Post on April 13. She stated that she was fully clothed at the time.

She claimed that she provided them with all her information. She insisted that she was innocent and did not have any drugs in her possession.

Although reports stated that Kelley was holding a sign that said “ride for a ride,” she maintained that she was actually seeking help with a sign that read: “Help me with my ride.”

Kelley shared with the publication that she has experienced discrimination due to her well-known family background. She mentioned that her mother has even gone to the extent of blocking her number.

Despite this, Kelley revealed that her mother has concerns about her well-being, suspecting her of drug use. However, Kelley clarified that she took a drug test in jail and passed, proving that she is not on drugs. Unfortunately, her mother remains unconvinced and continues to believe otherwise.

The country music legend shares a son named Kelley with her ex-husband Arch Kelley III. The former couple, who were married from 1996 to 1998, also have a 29-year-old son named Elijah Kelley.

Prior to her most recent arrest, Kelley had a run-in with the law in 2016. She was arrested on drug charges and in May 2017, pleaded guilty to meth manufacturing, delivery, sale, and possession with intent. Initially sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, her sentence was later reduced to 30 days. Kelley was then required to complete a drug program and spend the remainder of her sentence on probation.

In June 2018, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison for breaking probation. She served her time at West Tennessee State Penitentiary until she was released in November 2019.

After Kelley's release, Judd finally spoke out about the situation in February 2020. She praised her daughter as "the strongest Judd woman in our herstory" during an appearance.

The singer shared that her daughter is healthier than she was at 23. She mentioned that she took a different path to get to where she is now, as she was also isolated. She acknowledged that without music, her situation could have been similar to her daughter's.

Kelley faced legal issues and was arrested in April 2020 for violating probation. After a year, she was granted parole. Despite her challenges, Kelley welcomed a daughter named Kaliyah Chanel in April 2022.

Kelley, who had become a mother over a year ago, was arrested in May 2023 for breaking her parole and disobeying an order of protection. She was later released in October of the same year.
