Wynonna Judd's daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley, was arrested in Alabama for reportedly flashing drivers on the highway.
Kelley, who is 27 years old, was arrested by the Millbrook Police Department on Friday, April 5, at 5:05 p.m. local time.
Kelley is facing two misdemeanor charges. The first charge is for "indecent exposure" after allegedly showing her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14.
The second charge against Kelley is for "obstructing governmental operations." This charge came about because Kelley refused to give her identification when the police approached her. According to AL.com, Kelley did not cooperate with the officers and did not sit down on the roadside as requested.
Kelley's bond is set at $1,000 and her court date is scheduled for Thursday, April 11.
Grace is the only daughter of Judd, who is 59 years old, and her ex-husband, Arch Kelley III. The couple was married from 1996 to 1998 and also have a son named Elijah Judd, who is now 29 years old.
Wynonna's daughter, Grace, has had previous run-ins with the law. Back in June 2016, she was arrested on drug charges. After pleading guilty in May 2017 to meth-related offenses, she was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail. This sentence was later reduced to just 30 days. Additionally, Grace was required to complete a drug program and finish the remainder of her sentence while on probation.
After violating probation, we learned that Grace was given an eight-year sentence at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in 2018. She was released in November 2019 and was granted parole.
In February 2020, Wynonna talked about her daughter's challenges and successes. "I have to say, my daughter is the toughest Judd woman in our family history," she shared during an interview on The Pursuit! with John Rich.

The country singer mentioned that Grace is healthier than she was at 23. She also mentioned that she wouldn't have taken the same path as Grace did, but music saved her from a similar fate.
However, Grace faced more difficulties as she was arrested in April 2020 for violating probation related to her 2016 meth case. After a year, she was released on parole with supervision.
Grace has been caught in a cycle for years, with her most recent run-in with the law happening in May 2023. She was arrested for breaking an order of protection, a restraining order, and violating her parole. However, she was later released in October 2023.
As a mother, Grace welcomed her daughter Kaliyah Chanel in April 2022. Wynonna, who is actively involved in Kaliyah's life, shared with Today in October 2022, "She's only 6 months old and hasn't started speaking yet, but she already sees right through me."
Wynonna shared that Kaliyah gives her hope and that being with her granddaughter helps her focus on something other than herself. She appreciates the fact that Kaliyah doesn't judge her based on her appearance.
In the past few years, Kaliyah has been a source of joy for Wynonna's family. Wynonna and her sister Ashley Judd experienced a heartbreaking loss in April 2022 when their mother, Naomi Judd, passed away at the age of 76. Naomi and Wynonna had a long history of making music together as The Judds.
Today, my sisters and I went through a tragic event. We sadly lost our beloved mother to mental illness. We are heartbroken, dealing with deep sorrow. We find comfort in knowing that she was loved not only by us, but also by her fans. We are facing this difficult time with uncertainty.
