Why Patti Stanger Opposes Dorit and PK Kemsley's Reconciliation

Patti Stanger, from 'Millionaire Matchmaker', shares her thoughts on why she is against 'RHOBH' star Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley reuniting. Find out the reasons behind her stance on their relationship.

Matchmaker Patti Stanger has some thoughts on the possibility of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley reuniting with her estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley.

During her recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Stanger, who is 62 years old, was questioned about whether Dorit, 47, and PK, 56, made a good couple.

Stanger joked, "If she returns, she's silly," while playfully mimicking slicing her neck.

Dorit and PK, who got married in 2015, recently revealed that they have decided to go separate ways after being together for nine years.

As a couple, we have faced a lot of rumors about our marriage. Despite the challenges we have encountered in recent years, we are committed to working through them together because we care for each other deeply and share two wonderful children, son Jagger, 10, and daughter Phoenix, 8.

In order to protect our strong bond and create a peaceful atmosphere for our children, we have come to a mutual and tough decision to take a break and reassess our relationship. Our main focus during this time will be on our children's well-being.

We are grateful for your love and support as we navigate through this process and continue to put in the necessary effort to move forward.

Dorit later shared in the comments that their relationship was facing challenges on a daily basis. She also mentioned, “S–t happens.”

Prior to this, Dorit and PK had gone through tough times in their relationship. Fans of RHOBH witnessed PK questioning Dorit’s PTSD following a frightening break-in at their home while he was away on a business trip. Despite the rumors, they made it clear that they were not ending their marriage.

"We're not separated, we're not divorcing," Dorit clarified during an exclusive interview with BravoCon in November 2023. She shared that this season has been about being open and honest about the challenges they have faced in the past few years. These challenges have been tough, along with personal struggles she has gone through.

Dorit and PK have not mentioned if they are considering a possible reconciliation. Stanger, on the other hand, has previously given advice on rekindling relationships with former partners.

"It all depends. How much effort has your ex put in and how much have you put in?" Stanger shared with Us in April. "If you decide to give it another shot, you have to proceed cautiously because one of my exes recently lashed out at me. I realized, 'Oh, that's why we broke up.' He didn't want to discuss it, and I noticed he would often change the subject without considering my feelings. That behavior was a major issue for me, so I just decided to walk away."

Matchmaker Patti Stanger's comments on Dorit and PK's potential reconciliation raise questions about the dynamics of their relationship. While Stanger suggests Dorit would be "silly" to reunite with PK, it's important to consider the complexities and challenges they have faced. Their decision to separate highlights the struggles they have endured, including Dorit's PTSD and PK's questioning of her experiences.

Stanger's advice on rekindling relationships emphasizes the need for effort and communication. However, it remains unclear whether Dorit and PK are willing to put in the necessary work to overcome their past issues. The couple's public statements have been vague, leaving room for speculation about their future. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to reunite lies with Dorit and PK, and they must weigh the potential benefits and risks involved.
