One Piece chapter 1101 is the ideal time for Princess Vivi to return

Eiichiro Oda's manga readers were shocked to learn that Princess Vivi, one of the first allies of the Straw Hats, has the full name Nefertari D. Vivi. This revelation is expected to have a significant impact on future developments, and it could be the perfect opportunity for Vivi to make a comeback and pave the way forward in One Piece chapter 1101.
Fans will remember that Vivi had accompanied her father to the Reverie at Marie Geois, where Cobra had a meeting with the Five Elders. During the meeting, he inquired about Nefertari Lili, the queen of the Arabasta Kingdom during the Void Century. She was one of the twenty rulers who established the organization now known as the World Government.
Despite the choices of others, she chose not to join the World Noble and move to Mary Geois. Instead, she made the decision to return to Arabasta, a journey that she never finished.
Cobra searched for answers about her destiny, and it was during this time that D. Imu appeared unexpectedly and claimed the empty throne. It was then revealed that the D clan are the natural adversaries of the World Government. Imu also accused Lili of spreading the poneglyphs across the world 800 years ago, whether intentionally or inadvertently.

Cobra had to reveal Lili's full name, Nefertari D. Lili, indicating that both Cobra and Vivi are part of the D clan. Sabo, who had been eavesdropping on this conversation, then attempted (but failed) to rescue Cobra. Cobra specifically asked him to inform Luffy and Vivi that they are part of the D clan, which solidifies their stance regarding the World Government.
Prior to his demise, Cobra shared the contents of a brief letter penned by Lili, passed down through the Nefertari lineage for centuries. In the letter, Lili advocated for the protection of the Poneglyphs and the raising of the dawn flag against the world. The nature of this dawn remains unknown, but it is certain that the event has yet to unfold.
Simultaneously, Vivi became a fugitive after escaping from Mary Geoise with Walpol's assistance, evading Imu and the Five Elders who seek her due to her ancestry.
X user @3SkullJoe predicts that with Vivi learning about the events at Egghead, it's likely she'll make her way to the island with Morgans and Wapol. It's also anticipated that Vivi will eventually hop aboard the Thousand Sunny, possibly at the conclusion of the arc.
Vivi has expressed concerns about Morgans' tactics, particularly after seeing him spread fake news about Luffy abducting Vegapunk. However, she may see value in using the newspaper distribution system to share the contents of Lili's letter. Another option, as suggested by a fan theorist, is for her to use Punk Records to make a live broadcast to the world. Vivi's past speeches have been convincing and could potentially incite the world against the World Government.
With Kuma’s backstory concluded, the manga is poised to return to the present timeline. The potential appearance of Vivi in One Piece chapter 1101 holds significant symbolism, particularly as Luffy and Saturn stand on the brink of a confrontation. While Luffy has had previous run-ins with the World Government, this time he is instigating a war against them by targeting one of the top-ranking Celestial Dragons.

If Vivi shows up in One Piece chapter 1101, before the battle begins or at least delivers Lili’s letter, it will emphasize that this war is not accidental, but a deliberate conflict between the World Government and the D clan, who are sworn enemies.
It's all still speculation, and Oda may choose to postpone Vivi's appearance until the end of the Egghead arc, as is his usual style. But whenever the truth comes out, whether in One Piece chapter 1101 or later, it is sure to ignite a revolution. And since this is the Final Saga, this event doesn't seem too far off.
Editor's P/S
As an One Piece fan, I'm thrilled about the potential return of Princess Vivi in chapter 1101. Her character holds a special place in my heart, and I believe her comeback could significantly impact the storyline. Vivi's connection to the D clan adds a new layer of intrigue to her character and provides a solid reason for her return.
The reveal of her full name, Nefertari D. Vivi, hints at her significance in the overarching narrative and suggests that she may play a crucial role in the upcoming showdown between Luffy and Saturn. Vivi's knowledge of the past and her understanding of the poneglyphs could prove invaluable to the Straw Hats in their fight against the World Government. Additionally, her past experiences as a princess and her interactions with the Straw Hats have shaped her into a courageous and resourceful individual capable of rallying people to her cause.
