However, based in South Korea, the show quickly became one of Netflix's most-watched series due to its unique premise. After two successful highly rated seasons, Single's Inferno season 3 premiered on December 12, 2023, with another set of 12 cast members vying to find lasting romantic connections. However, like most other reality dating shows, there are still questions about Single's Inferno's effectiveness in creating lasting romantic relationships. Song Ji-a and Kim Hyeon-Joong felt an instant chemistry when they met on Single's Inferno season 1. The pair both worked in the fashion industry and, despite only speaking sparingly, became very loyal to each other after their coupling. Ji-a and Hyeon-Joong even survived a love triangle involving Si-hun and Hyeon-seung. In the second season of Single's Inferno, more couples formed, but once again, only a few managed to sustain their relationships beyond the show. Here are the stories of the couples and their fate after the show:

Lee So-e entertained the advances of mid-series debutant Kim Se-Jun after her first choice, Yoong-ae, rejected her. The pair quickly made their way to Paradise on a romantic helicopter ride, and they became inseparable after that. Although they were the first couple to exit Single's Inferno season 2, they stayed together for a while, even going Instagram official.
