Travis and Jason Kelce‘s Super Bowl LVII rematch didn't have Taylor Swift in attendance, but the night was filled with subtle references to the pop star.
The Philadelphia Eagles had luck on their side on November 20th as they won 21-17 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite missing the game in Kansas City for a concert in Brazil, 33-year-old Swift had previously attended four of Travis' games, sparking rumors of a romance between the two. Her presence at Chiefs games has been a hot topic during the NFL season, prompting debates about the league's coverage of her.
"I enjoy seeing who's at the game, I think it adds to the atmosphere and enhances the experience of watching. However, in my opinion, I think they're going a bit too far with it, especially in my case," said Travis during an episode of the "New Heights" podcast in October, noting that he believes the NFL is just trying to have some fun. Jason also commented, comparing the NFL's coverage to that of an NBA game, saying, "Basketball has it figured out. They show them once or twice courtside and then they return to the game."
The league justified its investment in Travis and Swift, emphasizing its desire to embrace the crossroads of sports and entertainment. Meanwhile, the Kelces, including parents Ed and Donna Kelce, are no strangers to the NFL limelight. Their association with Swift, however, has propelled them to new heights of celebrity. "My kids are supported by their fans. That's the bottom line. And you better treat them well," Donna shared exclusively with We earlier this month, reflecting on her sons' accomplishments and unusual fan interactions. "That's the advice I give them."
Travis, on the other hand, is fully committed to his relationship with Swift despite the increased attention. “Obviously I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them … I’ve never dealt with it,” he told WSJ. Magazine in a profile published Monday. “But at the same time, I’m not running away from any of it. … The scrutiny she gets, how much she has a magnifying glass on her, every single day, paparazzi outside her house, outside every restaurant she goes to, after every flight she gets off, and she’s just living, enjoying life. When she acts like that, I better not be the one acting all strange.”

Fearless (Travis’ Version)
During the discussion of Travis' stats, the broadcasters displayed a graphic resembling the album cover of Fearless (Taylor's Version). On the other side of the screen, an animated depiction of the tight end stood in a large mirrored box, seemingly inspired by the set design of "Look What You Made Me Do" from Swift's Eras Tour.
Another graphic featured head coach Andy Reid with Chiefs players' photos behind him, designed to mimic Swift's Eras Tour merchandise. The image was accompanied by the phrase "The Winning Era" written beneath it.
The Eagles T-Shirt
"After the game, the Eagles TikTok account shared a video with the caption "In our winning era." The video showed an Eagles T-shirt hanging on a doorknob with the words "IYKYK" flashing on the screen. (The lyric "With my Eagles T-shirt hanging from the door" is from Swift's song "Gold Rush.")"
Make the Friendship Bracelets
After their victory, the Eagles social media accounts shared a pic of a beaded friendship bracelet that spelled out “Eagles Win.”
Fans who joined the watch party organized by the Kelce brothers' "New Heights" podcast on Monday night were also seen sporting friendship bracelets, as seen in photos shared on the show's Instagram Story.

Dressing for Revenge
The Eagles' arrival in Kansas City was captured in a video that included a reference to Swift’s song “Vigilante S–t.” The team hinted on X (formerly Twitter), “Lately we’ve been dressing for revenge” as the players showcased their pregame outfits.
The Guy on the Chiefs
Travis acknowledged a supporter in the arena who was displaying a banner that said, "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs," in reference to Swift's alteration of lyrics during a recent Eras Tour performance in Argentina.

Donna in the Box
Commentators noted Swift’s non-appearance on Monday evening when Travis’ mother was spotted in the family’s exclusive box, suggesting that there was an unoccupied seat in the suite. The announcers also clarified that Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, chose to sit in the stands, but she was not shown on camera.
