Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2023 starts today in Niantic's popular mobile game, giving players the opportunity to capture various Fossil Pokemon such as Omanyte, Kabuto, Anorith, Cranidos, and more. In addition to the increased spawns of Fossil and Rock-type Pokemon, trainers can now battle Mega Tyranitar in Raids for the first time. Players will find a range of Research Tasks to complete, including the exclusive Timed Research for the Adventures Near and Far event. It's important to note that these tasks and their rewards will only be available until August 2 at 8 pm local time, so players should aim to complete them promptly. After completing the first step of the Adventures Near and Far research, players must choose between two paths: the Sightseeing Adventure or the Studious Adventure. The former involves tasks such as catching Pokemon, spinning PokeStops, and hatching eggs, while the latter focuses on completing Field Research.

In the end, it appears that those aiming to complete the tasks more efficiently should opt for the Sightseeing Path, as the alternative necessitates the completion of up to eight Field Research Tasks, which can be somewhat tedious.
