In Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, players can uncover numerous new easter eggs. The intriguing district of Dogtown is brimming with mystery, and the latest easter egg is a special homage to the legendary Baba Yaga himself, John Wick. While not the first easter egg featuring John Wick in the game, this one is the most straightforward.

Once players arrive in Dogtown, they can immediately come across the John Wick easter egg. However, it is recommended to wait until Johnny Silverhand is back in the passenger seat instead of Songbird. This way, players can experience a brief, yet colorful, comment from Johnny regarding the discovery of the John Wick homage.

Head to Sofia’s Shop in the EBM Petrochem Stadium

In the vast EBM Petrochem Stadium within Dogtown, players can explore a bustling central market boasting an array of shops and vendors. Despite the tempting contraband, players should direct their attention to the gun vendor named Sofia. Positioned conveniently near the fast travel terminal, Sofia's shop is situated on the left side of the district.

Upon entering, players will encounter Sofia stationed behind the counter, accompanied by her vigilant armed bodyguards. The shop is easily recognizable, with its extensive selection of firearms and ammunition on display. Once inside, players should navigate towards the right side of the counter, continuing along the back wall, and turning right once more to discover the John Wick easter egg in Cyberpunk 2077.

For Mr. Wick

Players will come across an unlocked gun case at this location, featuring a gold label on top. The label is inscribed with "For Mr. Wick," which can only reference the infamous Baba Yaga himself, John Wick, the individual whom even death fears. Upon approaching this hidden gem, Johnny Silverhand will make an appearance, nonchalantly perching on a nearby box above the weapon crate. With a drag of his virtual cigarette, he proceeds to make a rather crass remark about the crate.

The inclusion of a John Wick easter egg in CD Projekt RED's Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is truly remarkable. The fact that Johnny Silverhand, portrayed by Keanu Reeves, acknowledges it is especially noteworthy. It's fascinating to imagine the possibility that Johnny may be acquainted with this mysterious Mr. Wick and expresses concern over the continued presence of the Baba Yaga in 2077, even though it's not quite the iconic black suit we might have hoped for.

The presence of the John Wick easter egg in a gun store adds a poetic touch to Sofia's store in Dogtown. It brings to mind the Sommelier in John Wick 2, who sold guns in a stylish and expert manner. Unfortunately, players are unable to access the contents of the John Wick crate in Cyberpunk 2077. The crate is only slightly open, making it difficult to catch a glimpse of what lies inside.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is now available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
