Although Phantom Liberty is highly anticipated for 2023, it is the only spy-thriller adventure of its kind in CD Projekt Red's open-world RPG collection. This raises the question of why this is the case, especially considering the recent improvements and success of Cyberpunk 2077 after its initially troubled launch.
