The Icy Helve, a crucial component, can be found in the possession of the Drow Dhourn, a petrified victim of the Spectator located to the west of the Selunite Outpost. If you manage to avoid conflict with Dhourn, ensure to deftly pick-pocket the Crystal from him before he departs the area indefinitely.

The Icy Crystal, held by the insane Drow Filro, is nestled near the Sussur Tree. However, approaching Filro is not without peril, as he and his pet Hook Horrors will launch a preemptive attack on any unsuspecting adventurers.

The Icy Metal, an essential component for the mystical staff, rests beside the body of a deceased Drow in the Myconid's treasure grove. Access to this location is granted upon completion of Sovereign Spaw's quest in Baldur's Gate 3, where you must eliminate the nearby Duergar slavers.
