World of Warcraft enthusiasts have recently uncovered preliminary information about the upcoming Heritage Armor quests for the Forsaken and Night Elf races. These fresh storylines will be introduced into the game as part of the next content update for World of Warcraft.
The arrival of Patch 10.1.7, known as Fury Incarnate, is scheduled for September 5 in the World of Warcraft realm. This update marks the final one prior to the commencement of Dragonflight Season 3, and will encompass various enhancements to gameplay, intriguing overworld events, and numerous additional questlines for players to embark upon in WoW.
The Forsaken and the Night Elves will have Heritage Armor quests in Fury Incarnate, which are highly anticipated storylines. By examining the unlocking criteria for the corresponding achievements, players have discovered the names of all the quests involved in these significant moments. These quests are also expected to be featured in an upcoming Traveler's Log task, likely scheduled for September. Consequently, players will have the opportunity to earn their monthly Trading Post currency in World of Warcraft by completing these questlines.
The Night Elf Heritage questline in World of Warcraft consists of 12 steps, focusing on battling ancient curses and corruption while maintaining balance. A quest named Wardens' Wrath hints at the return of the armor-clad jailers led by Maiev Shadowsong, while the final quest, Honor of the Goddess, emphasizes the spiritual role of Elune.
The Forsaken Heritage Armor story in World of Warcraft is slightly longer, comprising 15 quests. Many quest names, such as I Am Forsaken, Our Enemies Abound, and Death to the Living, reflect popular Forsaken NPC click voice lines. Additionally, quests like Boom Weed pay homage to Tirisfal Glades. Exploring the Sepulcher in Silverpine Forest and confronting the Scarlet Crusade in a quest inspired by Among Us are also expected in this storyline.
Please note that the following information is subject to change before the release of Patch 10.1.7, as it is based on data gathered from the Public Test Realm. The stories will not be accessible during the PTR, therefore players will have to wait for the official launch of the update to experience them. The rewards for completing the questline and obtaining the Heritage Armor are still being finalized, but the sets show great potential. It remains to be seen whether the quests will live up to the high expectations set by the Orc Heritage Armor questline, and if players will witness the comeback of Sylvanas, a character known for generating strong opinions among World of Warcraft players, in the Forsaken story. World of Warcraft is currently available for PC.
