In Act 2 of Baldur's Gate 3, players can venture to the Last Light Inn, the sole area in the land unaffected by the shadow curse. Besides offering a safe haven, the inn acts as the headquarters for the Harpers, led by Jaheira. Given its significance, players can expect to revisit the Last Light Inn multiple times. Alongside the opportunity to engage in trade and take a break, the inn also presents an intriguing quest for players to explore.
Where to Find the Last Light Inn in Baldur’s Gate 3
To find the Last Light Inn in Baldur’s Gate 3, players must follow these steps:
Players must start their journey from the Underdark.
Once players enter the Underdark, they must head towards the Underdark-Beach area. This specific location can be discovered while undertaking the Avenge Glut's Circle side-quest.
To proceed, locate the boat by the shoreline and engage with it in order to travel to Gyrmforge. However, this endeavor is not simple, as players must first eliminate the foes present on the beach before they can rest and begin their journey.
Upon reaching Gyrmforge, players have the option to undertake various quests, including the Free True Soul Nere quest that culminates in the liberation of a cultist devoted to the Absolute.
To the west of the boat lies a colossal metal door, where NPCs gather to exchange anecdotes about the enigmatic Shadow Cursed Lands.
Players should ensure that they have completed all unfinished tasks and collected any valuable treasures they may have overlooked before embarking on Act 2.
Once Act 2 commences, players will find themselves at a temple where they will engage with Elmister Aumar, initiating Gale's character quest.
Leaving the temple will take you into the dreaded Shadow Cursed Lands.
Players are advised to venture forth and search for a distressed pair of humanoids. By bravely defending them against the encroaching shadows, they will ultimately discover the Last Light Inn.
When traveling through the Shadow Cursed Lands, it is essential for players to carry a torch at all times. Not only will the torch help ward off the Shadow Curse, but it will also greatly enhance visibility.
PC users can already enjoy Baldur's Gate 3, while those with a PS5 can look forward to its release on September 6th. Additionally, an Xbox Series X/S version is currently being developed.
