Explore the Castle
In order to achieve their objective of destroying the other Mothercrystals, Clive and his allies must eliminate Hugo Kupka. Aware of this, Clive is now approaching Kupka after a slight detour in the previous main scenario quest of Final Fantasy 16.
Players should proceed with caution as this walkthrough contains spoilers for the main scenario quest "Into the Darkness" in Final Fantasy 16.
Explore the Mines
Follow the mine cart tracks at the beginning of this main scenario quest. Engage in battle with a nearby group of orcs and then crawl under the barricade to proceed. Confront another group of enemies and utilize the lever nearby to open the large door. In the next area, you will encounter a partially open door. Pass through this narrow passage to reach the next area. Multiple groups of enemies will engage Final Fantasy 16 players. Although some orcs may employ magic, they can be easily defeated.
Pull the lever located to the right of the door and continue following the tracks. On the left, there is a chest containing loot and a Potion a short distance away. The tracks eventually lead to a dead end, so take a right and open the door. This door will lead to a staircase and a change in scenery. Eliminate the orcs guarding this area and proceed up the stairs. It is advisable to ensure full healing before progressing any further.

How to Beat Undertaker
At the summit of the staircase, players are confronted by a formidable orc. Although not officially classified as a boss, players must approach it with the same caution and strategy. Be vigilant against its attacks and evade them whenever feasible. Additionally, the Orcish Warlord possesses the ability to teleport sporadically. Continue inflicting damage on the Orcish Warlord while deftly evading its assaults, and victory will soon be achieved.
Having vanquished the formidable enemy, activate the lever to unlock the door and advance the storyline. Strewn across the entrance of the castle lie several items waiting to be collected. Gather them all and proceed towards the imposing gate. Consider the preceding skirmish as mere preparation, for gamers of Final Fantasy 16 will soon find themselves besieged by a formidable boss known as Undertaker. This formidable adversary primarily relies on close-quarters combat, charging relentlessly towards players while also unleashing devastating fist smashes upon the ground.
Players should be cautious of an attack called Spirits Within as it can be quite dangerous. When the boss employs this spell, a powerful beam of energy is released from its chest. To avoid being hit by this attack, it is advisable to position oneself behind the boss.
As Undertaker's health drops below 40%, it will initiate the Exhume ability. Be vigilant and evade the projectiles that will be launched from the ground during this attack. Afterward, Undertaker will proceed to cycle through all of its attacks until it is ultimately vanquished.
Explore the Castle
Once the Undertaker has been defeated, players are granted the freedom to explore the castle. Prior to ascending the stairs, it is recommended to head towards the right and search the chest for valuable loot. Although the castle may appear vacant, players should remain vigilant as they will likely encounter spectral enemies such as wraiths and revenants. Proceed through another set of doors in order to arrive at the throne room. At this juncture, players will receive a tutorial regarding the Bravery ability, which enemies will intermittently utilize. As per the tutorial, it is crucial to swiftly overpower any enemy that has been strengthened by Bravery, as failing to do so will result in significantly greater damage inflicted by these adversaries.
Proceed through the door on the right and ascend multiple flights of stairs. In the following expansive hallway, players will confront a group of enemies, including a Lich. This particular Lich is identical to the one encountered in "Buried Memories", so players should be familiar with what they are facing. Once the situation is clear, proceed through the large double doors. Collect the treasures from the chest in Kupka's room and continue through the door.
Descend the stairs and approach the inner sanctum. Confront the numerous enemies guarding the inner sanctum and proceed through the door. However, be prepared for a battle, as Hugo Kupka awaits players in the chamber ahead.
How to Beat Titan
It has been quite some time since Final Fantasy 16 players have last witnessed a thrilling Eikon battle. Similar to past encounters, the key to emerging victorious lies in skillfully evading the relentless onslaught of attacks unleashed by the opposing Eikon. In this particular battle against Titan, brace yourself for earth-shattering fist slams and formidable stomps that he unleashes. However, as an advantage, Titan's massive size grants you ample time to react, as he telegraphs his moves with distinctive cues. Always remain vigilant and swiftly dodge these devastating attacks.
Periodically, Titan will cast Voice of the Land, unleashing a burst of crystals from the ground. When Titan's health drops below 50%, he will leap backward and hurl a series of boulders at the players. Keep evading the projectiles until a cutscene is triggered. In this moment, players will acquire a new ability named Brimstone. To utilize this ability, hold down "R2" and "Square" and release them. The longer the buttons are held, the more powerful the explosion generated by Brimstone. Use this newfound ability to deflect the massive boulder thrown by Titan. Keep in mind that Brimstone does have a cooldown, so it should be employed sparingly.

Once Titan's health drops below 10%, a Cinematic Evasion sequence will take place, followed by a Cinematic Clash. However, the battle is far from over. The fight against Titan is just beginning. After the cutscene ends, Ifrit will automatically charge towards Titan. Players simply need to focus on evading the attacks directed at them.
Continue to dodge attacks until players find themselves on one of Titan's arms. The dodging technique remains the same. By pressing the "Square" button, players can launch projectile attacks to destroy incoming boulders. It is important to dodge the crystals that appear on the arm as well. Keep in mind that another Cinematic Evasion will soon occur as Ifrit proceeds along the arms.
Once this is done, the boss battle will resume and players will once again have complete control over Ifrit. Attack the arm of the Titan and be sure to dodge the moving crystals. Look for any glowing areas in the arena and quickly move away from them to avoid taking damage. Prepare yourself to dodge a barrage of boulders when the Titan pulls back its arm. Keep attacking the Titan until its Will Gauge is completely depleted. Shortly after the Titan recovers, a cutscene will be triggered, featuring a cinematic evasion. From this point on, the battle will continue as usual.
When Titan unleashes Granite Rain, keep an eye out for the presence of dark circles with visible cracks of energy. These circles serve as clear indicators of where a massive boulder is about to descend. It is crucial to avoid standing within these marked spots to ensure your safety. Once you successfully stagger Titan once more, the battle will resume following yet another breathtaking Cinematic Evasion sequence. Repeat this process once again, and after several intense Cinematic Clashes, Titan will ultimately be deprived of its remaining arm.
Use the ranged attack to destroy incoming boulders as Ifrit falls to the ground for a final blow. Continuously shoot and destroy another arm that rises. Afterwards, there will be another Cinematic Clash, followed by the resumption of the battle against a smaller version of Titan. Dodge Titan's attacks and attack aggressively whenever possible. When Titan's health drops below 10%, a final set of Cinematic Evasions and Clashes will bring the current main scenario quest to an end.
Final Fantasy 16 can now be played on PlayStation 5.
