Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland had been fairly private about their relationship until they broke up in 2022.
In an exclusive interview with We in December 2021, the Pitch Perfect star expressed her love for being married. She mentioned that being married during a pandemic put their relationship to the test, but if they could get through that, they were good to go. She also described their time together during the pandemic as the ultimate honeymoon, where they spent six months just staring at each other and being fully present.
Snow, who started dating the "Selling the OC" personality in 2018, shared more about their private relationship and how they spent quarantine together during the coronavirus pandemic after getting married.
"I don't usually like discussing personal matters, as it feels odd to talk about my husband when he's not here," said the former "Almost Family" star at the time. "But I am truly happy being married. I love him, and we had a fantastic time during quarantine. We even did manifestation boards and other fun activities."
Snow, who has previously been romantically linked to Ryan Rottman, Andrew Jenks, and Tyler Hoechlin, entered into a relationship with Stanaland after he reached out to her through social media.
"I've made a deliberate choice to be more open about my relationship," Snow shared with Us in September 2018. "It's strange for me because I tend to be very private, but I decided to be less critical of myself. I'm head over heels for the Oppenheim Group realtor, and I wanted to share that love with the world. I used to keep things to myself because I believed that promoting it too much would take away from the magic, but now, when you're in love... I just want to enjoy it without overthinking."
Stanaland proposed to the actress from "Hairspray" after a year of dating, and they got married in March 2020. Snow shared their wedding photos on Instagram in July 2020, expressing their astonishment at the timing as the world shut down shortly after their marriage. They realized how fortunate they were to have found each other and to have gotten married right before a significant period in history.

In that moment, I knew more than ever before that there was no one else I would rather hold hands with amidst life's turbulent storms. I adore you @tylerstanaland. You are my long-awaited wish fulfilled."
In September 2022, the couple confirmed their separation after being married for two years, and Snow officially filed for the dissolution of their marriage the following January. The Guiding Light actress cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the end of their relationship.

The duo first connected through Instagram, which the real estate agent described as "the most millennial way" to meet. He admitted to being familiar with Britt due to her fame, considering her as his unattainable crush for a long time. He shared with The Knot in March 2020, "As a man, I used to watch Pitch Perfect with friends and fantasize about someday being with Brittany Snow... but I never actually believed it could come true."

The cofounder of September Letters was tremendously impressed by her partner's sense of humor. Snow disclosed to The Knot, "I had seen his Instagram and was aware of him. I thought to myself, 'He is the most attractive man I've ever seen.' I always knew about him but never thought I would meet him. My girlfriends and I had an inside joke where my best friend referred to him as my 'dream boyfriend who lives in Orange County,' but I never believed I would actually meet him. Then one day, I discovered that he was following me on Instagram. I was incredibly thrilled."
