Brittany Snow and her estranged husband Tyler Stanaland's divorce proceedings are nearing completion after a recent judgment filing. According to court documents obtained by We on Wednesday, July 5, the Pitch Perfect actress, 37, and her estranged spouse, 33, will be officially divorced on August 11.

Snow submitted a new judgement to a Los Angeles court on Monday, July 3rd, and it was officially recorded in the system two days later. The paperwork detailed the divorce arrangements, which mostly matched Snow and Stanaland's prenuptial agreement. As per the agreement, Snow will keep ownership of all furniture, fixtures, appliances, collectibles, antiques, artwork, electronics, and other personal belongings that are currently in her possession and under her control.

According to the filing, she will retain her personal belongings such as clothing, artwork, watches, and jewelry. Additionally, she will be able to maintain ownership of her 2022 Audi 5 leased vehicle as well as all the money and assets in her financial accounts. On the other hand, Stanaland will keep his furniture, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, collectibles, antiques, art, electronics, and any other personal property currently in his possession and control.

According to court documents, the funds in his personal bank accounts and his 2021 Toyota Forerunner will remain in his possession. Both Snow and the Selling the OC star will each receive 50% of the funds held in their joint bank accounts. Additionally, they have waived any claims or obligations regarding spousal support, alimony, or maintenance, including both temporary and permanent arrangements.

Stanaland agreed to the dissolution of their marriage and the division of assets on June 23. Snow, on the other hand, signed the papers on June 28. The Good Half actress and Stanaland got married in March 2020 after dating for two years. However, they announced their separation in September 2022. According to their divorce filing in July, their official date of separation was September 14, 2022.

"After much thought and deliberation, Britt and I have come to the difficult decision to end our relationship. This decision was made with love and a deep respect for each other," wrote Stanaland on Instagram. Snow later shared a similar message with her followers.

Before their breakup, Stanaland gained attention for his flirtatious behavior on season 1 of Selling the OC, which began streaming in August 2022. In one episode, Stanaland admitted that his coworker Kayla Cardona had attempted to kiss him. However, during an appearance on the "Reality With Kate Casey" podcast that same month, he emphasized that "nothing happened" between them.

Cardona asserted to Us in August 2022 that Snow should not be concerned about her, as she finds Stanaland's relationship with costar Alex Hall to be highly inappropriate. The incident that raised eyebrows occurred during a group hangout on Selling the OC, where Hall playfully poked Stanaland.

In December 2022, Hall revealed exclusively to Us that she and Stanaland lean on each other as friends and emphasized that she never considered dating him during his split from Snow.

In January, Snow initiated divorce proceedings after contemplating her eventful year in 2022. Taking to Instagram, she expressed her gratitude for her extraordinary friends, including Anna Kendrick, Chrissie Fit, and Kelley Jackle, as they welcomed the new year together.

After two months, Snow revisited her challenging history and shared her experiences of navigating life as a single individual.

"This year has been a mix of challenges and blessings," she wrote in the caption of her Instagram post on March 9. "As I age, I discover a strength within me that I never fully realized before (though, unfortunately, my back feels weaker and causes more pain). I am incredibly thankful for each and every day. My friends, your birthday love is greatly appreciated."
