They’re back! The season 3 trailer for Selling the OC has just been released — and it’s full of big homes and even bigger drama.

The teaser, released on Thursday, April 4, showcases Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland at the forefront. Following the conclusion of season 2 of the Netflix series with the pair sharing a kiss and exploring their feelings for each other, the preview for season 3 hints at a rocky turn in their relationship. The duo can be seen engaged in heated discussions, with tension reaching new heights in one particular scene.

In one clip, Alex, 33, expresses, "You swooned me and then you disappeared," to Tyler, 34. She questions, "What do you want?"

Tyler is trying to communicate his feelings and concerns to Alex. He tells her, "When we’re trying to force it, neither one of us are on the same page. I don’t want to run this thing into the ground."

Without giving Alex a chance to respond, the camera cuts to her looking upset. She then reveals that she’s “out and done.”

Since the premiere of Selling the OC in August 2022, fans have been speculating about Tyler and Alex's relationship. Initially, Tyler denied having any romantic feelings for Alex, as he was married to Brittany Snow at the time. However, in September 2022, Snow, 38, and Tyler announced their separation.

A few months later, in January 2023, the Pitch Perfect actress filed for divorce, and by July of that year, they had officially reached a settlement. Viewers have been eagerly waiting to see how Tyler's dynamic with Alex will evolve following these developments.

In the trailer, Ali Harper is seen struggling with her new role at the Oppenheim Group. Her bosses, Jason and Brett Oppenheim, are starting to worry about whether she is the right fit for the job. Jason, 45, expresses his concern, saying, “She has not gained the necessary experience for this stage of the game.”

On the other hand, Austin Victoria is focused on settling down and looking for a new home. He mentions, “Lisa and I are in the process of buying a house.” He talks about a property he is considering selling, which could earn him a $200,000 commission. This significant amount of money would be a great help for him.

Austin isn't all positivity. A feud has arisen between him and Sean Palmieri, as seen in a trailer where they exchange tense words outside the Oppenheim Group office. (Palmieri left the Oppenheim Group in November 2023 for a different real estate firm.)

"I heard some rumors about you," Austin, 32, tells Sean, 28. "Rumors about what?" Sean asks, to which Austin warns him not to act clueless.

The final scenes of the trailer feature the Orange County real estate agents gathering at a horse track. However, the group outing appears to be tense and uncomfortable. A voice is heard expressing doubt about Jason's future at the Oppenheim Group.

Next, viewers witness Sean passing by Austin and saying, "I didn't want things to end this way, man."

Selling the OC season 3 hits Netflix on Friday, May 3.
