In August, the 40-year-old, along with her husband Rob Minkoff and their children Max (11) and Zoe (8), embarked on an incredible adventure exploring Southeast Asia. Their itinerary included Singapore, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Cambodia, Siem Reap, Bangkok, and Taiwan. Along the way, they indulged in a plethora of delicious culinary experiences.

"Food serves as a pathway to culture, offering a valuable educational experience," states Kung Minkoff, daughter of first-generation Chinese immigrant parents, in her exclusive interview with Us. She further explains, "Through the flavors of a meal, my children will form lasting memories of the places we visit."

During their visit to the Real Coco Thailand farm and factory, Kung Minkoff, known for her involvement in selling coconut-based products like coconut water and coconut milk, and her husband took the opportunity to immerse their children in their own cultural heritage.

The family of four explored famous landmarks such as the Wat Arun Buddhist temple in Bangkok and the Angkor Wat temple in Cambodia. Kung Minkoff shared more about her travels on Instagram, including a serene spa experience, swimming with her children, attending a cooking class, and posing for family photos with elephants at a Chiang Mai animal sanctuary.
