Highlights
Roronoa Zoro holds Dracule Mihawk in high regard due to his immense power and presence in the One Piece series. As the Shichibukai system comes to an end, Mihawk's role is set to expand further in the storyline.
Dr. Vegapunk created S-Hawk, a clone of Mihawk, with the potential to be the strongest among the formidable weapons called Seraphims. S-Hawk is renowned for his extraordinary mastery of swordsmanship, the possession of Lunarian powers, and the adeptness to manipulate fire. Furthermore, he has been enhanced with the Supa Supa no Mi Devil Fruit ability, enabling him to transform his body into a lethal blade, capable of delivering devastating slashes.
Dracule Mihawk, a prominent character in One Piece, holds significant importance to Roronoa Zoro due to his strength. Introduced during the Baratie arc, Mihawk became Zoro's ultimate objective. Although he had limited involvement in the story, the recent demise of the Shichibukai system suggests a more active role for Mihawk. Additionally, a clone of Mihawk, created by the brilliant Navy scientist, Dr. Vegapunk, now exists. Vegapunk has developed powerful weapons known as Seraphims to replace the Warlords, and Mihawk's Seraphim, S-Hawk, has the potential to be the strongest among them.
How S-Hawk Was Created
S-Hawk, a formidable Seraphim, possesses extraordinary power, leading Vegapunk to believe that it could potentially be one of the most powerful beings of all time. Like all Seraphims, S-Hawk was created with the lineage factor, which essentially consists of the DNA of the people in the One Piece world. Since Mihawk, a former Warlord, served as a member, it is not surprising that the Navy or Vegapunk himself obtained his DNA, or lineage factor. This was then incorporated into the human weapons as part of Vegapunk's Pacifista project.
The initial tests were conducted on Bartholomew Kuma, which proved to be successful. Eventually, Vegapunk was able to create clones of other Warlord members, resulting in the creation of the Seraphims. The power of the Seraphims is incredibly immense, as evidenced by their capability to dismantle one of the Three Great Powers in the One Piece world. Considering Mihawk's elite status within the One Piece world, it is expected that his Seraphim, S-Hawk, will also be one of the strongest.
The Swordsmanship Of S-Hawk
Mihawk, renowned as the World's Strongest Swordsman, achieved this prestigious title at a young age through rigorous training and defeating numerous opponents. Among his notable accomplishments is a duel with Red-Haired Shanks, one of the Four Emperors, further highlighting Mihawk's exceptional swordsmanship. While he may be considered weaker than Shanks overall, there is no denying that Mihawk's skills with a sword are unparalleled. In the world of One Piece, he is a legendary figure whom even the World Government fears to some extent.
This distinction also extends to his Seraphim, as explained by Vegapunk. The Seraphim inherit the Lineage Factor of their parent bodies, implying that their abilities and potential should be comparable. This was demonstrated during the Navy's invasion of Amazon Lily, where two Seraphims were utilized, including S-Hawk, the Seraphim of Dracule Mihawk. When Blackbeard invaded the island, S-Hawk engaged him in combat, forcing the Yonko to utilize Haki for defense.
The Devil Fruit Powers Of S-Hawk
In addition to that, his expertise in swordsmanship is truly remarkable. Judging by his skills, he effortlessly sliced through the enormous mountain on Amazon Lily. Moreover, he possesses the same supernatural abilities as the other Seraphims encountered thus far, being able to harness the strength of the Lunarians. Consequently, S-Hawk exhibits tremendous resilience and the power to manipulate fire.
In addition to all of that, S-Hawk possesses a unique ability known as a Devil Fruit power. Unlike Dracule Mihawk, who is known to have no such powers, S-Hawk has been bestowed with this supernatural ability. It seems that all the Seraphims have been enhanced with Devil Fruit powers, thanks to a substance called Green Blood. This substance, created by Vegapunk, was derived from the Lineage Factor of Devil Fruit users. The Green Blood flows through the veins of the Seraphims and grants them the extraordinary abilities of Devil Fruit users.
S-Snake possesses the Mero Mero no Mi, while S-Shark has the Sui Sui no Mi. As for S-Hawk, his Devil Fruit power is the Supa Supa no Mi, which was previously wielded by Mr. 1 of Baroque Works. This ability allows him to transform his body into a blade and unleash powerful slashes to overpower his enemies. During the fight against Zoro and Kaku, S-Hawk displayed his immense strength, proving to be as formidable as both of them combined. Despite their efforts, they were unable to defeat him entirely, as he remains an active and formidable opponent. While his Devil Fruit might not be the most powerful among the Seraphims, its capabilities are undeniably fearsome.
