Understanding Chiori's Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst
Chiori's Elemental Skill, called Fluttering Hasode, allows her to dash forward and cause AoE Geo damage. At the end of the dash, Chiori summons a doll named Tamoto. By holding the skill, players can enter Aiming Mode to adjust the dash direction. Tamoto will continuously attack nearby enemies, dealing Geo damage based on Chiori's ATK and DEF stats. Additionally, if there are any Geo Constructs nearby, another doll will be summoned.
Genshin Impact Chiori - Her Elemental Burst, Hiyoku: Twin Blades, is fairly simple
Chiori's Elemental Burst, Hiyoku: Twin Blades, is quite straightforward. When activated, it causes Chiori to deal AoE Geo damage around her character, with the damage being influenced by her ATK and DEF stats. Her Passive Talent, Tailoring-Made, grants Chiori different buffs based on the first action she takes after using her Elemental Skill. Tapping the skill triggers an effect called Tapestry, while using her Normal Attack activates a buff named Tailoring.
The Tapestry effect in Genshin Impact will automatically switch the player to the next character in the party and grant the Seize the Moment buff. This buff allows Tamoto to perform coordinated strikes whenever a party member uses a regular attack. Players must adjust their party order carefully when Chiori is in the team, as this effect lasts for eight seconds and allows Tamoto to attack twice. The Tailoring effect, on the other hand, infuses Chiori's attacks with Geo damage for a duration of five seconds.
Editor's P/S:
The upcoming character Chiori in Genshin Impact seems to be an exciting addition to the roster. Her unique combination of swordsmanship and Geo abilities, along with her fashion-designer background, sets her apart from other characters. Her Elemental Skill and Burst provide interesting gameplay mechanics, allowing for versatile strategies and party combinations.
It's intriguing to see the synergy between Chiori's abilities and her Passive Talent, which grants different buffs based on her actions. The Tapestry effect, in particular, encourages players to carefully plan their party order and attack sequences to maximize Tamoto's coordinated strikes. Overall, Chiori's character design, abilities, and playstyle promise to bring fresh and engaging gameplay to Genshin Impact.
