Unstoppable: Player Reaches Level 100 in Diablo 4 in Record Time

Diablo 4 player breaks records by reaching Level 100 before official release Early-access advantage leads to lightning-fast progression for dedicated gamer

A tenacious Diablo 4 enthusiast has achieved the maximum level attainable for a character in Blizzard Entertainment's latest ARPG title. This individual is also the first to publicly stream the exhilarating moment of hitting level 100 in the game.

Although the official release date of Diablo 4 is set for June 6th, players who pre-ordered the special editions of the game were granted early access to embark on their journey through the depths of hell a few days prior. This allowed them extra time to level up their characters to the coveted level 100, which Blizzard has confirmed requires approximately 150 hours of gameplay. However, for this committed player, the feat was accomplished in just a third of that estimated time, and all before the game was even launched to the public.

Rob2628, a popular YouTuber and Twitch streamer, has achieved the impressive feat of hitting level 100 in Diablo 4 after grinding for around 54 hours over three days. Utilizing one of the best Barbarian builds available, Rob focused on shout and whirlwind skills to maximize his leveling potential. However, it wasn't just his build that helped him reach the maximum level; he also employed a known exploit in the game to expedite the leveling process.

The exploit involved grouping together with other players, entering a dungeon, and then allowing the group leader to exit. This would reset the dungeon, allowing the group to raid it again and again, accumulating large amounts of XP in the process. Unfortunately for players hoping to replicate this technique, the exploit has since been removed according to official Diablo 4 patch notes.

Although Rob2628 was the first to reach level 100 in Diablo 4, it was not on Hardcore Mode. This mode is considered the riskiest as once a player's character dies, they cannot respawn. The race to reach level 100 in Hardcore Mode is still ongoing, and Blizzard has announced an official contest for the first 1,000 players to achieve this feat. These players will have their usernames engraved on a physical statue of Lilith, adding to the competitive nature of the game. Diablo 4 is currently available in early access, with its full launch set for June 6 on various platforms.
