The Sun Stone can be located in The Indigo Disk within the Terarium as a random spawn in sparkling spots on the ground. If relying on chance is not ideal, the Sun Stone can also be purchased from the School Store at the Blueberry Academy for 250 Blueberry Points, earned through various tasks within the Terarium.
