How to evolve Dipplin into Hydrapple
To evolve Dipplin into Hydrapple, it must learn Dragon Cheer. To teach Dipplin Dragon Cheer, you will need to use TM 226, which is obtained by defeating Drayton of the Blueberry Academy Elite Four, a dragon-type user in the Polar Biome. To access the Elite Four battles, you must progress further in the main story. Upon obtaining TM 226, you can craft Dragon Cheer at the TM maker in the Central Plaza.
Drayton will provide a Dragon Cheer TM for your use. Should you need to craft another one, it will require 1,500 League Points, 2 Tatsugiri Scales, 2 Lapras Teardrops, and 1 Applin Juice, all obtainable by defeating wild Pokemon. After teaching Dipplin Dragon Cheer, it must be leveled up once in battle or with EXP candy to evolve into Hydrapple.
