Unlock the Secrets of Fontaine in Genshin Impact's Version 38 Spectacular Event

Genshin Impact's Version 3.8 Special Program livestream provided players with a sneak peek into Fontaine, while also announcing the return of Eula and Klee as the featured Banner characters. The first half of Version 3.8 will focus on these two characters, followed by the second half centered around the Wanderer and Kokomi. Unlike previous updates, Secret Summer Paradise will not introduce a new character. However, this presents an opportunity for many players to acquire Eula, who is considered the best Physical damage dealer in the game, due to her long absence.

The highlight of Version 3.8 is the event featuring Klee and Eula, which will take place inside a magical bottle located in the desert. During this event, players will have the chance to earn a new currency that can be used to obtain a stylish skin for Kaeya, one of the original Genshin Impact characters. Additionally, players will have the option to purchase a discounted skin for Klee throughout the duration of Secret Summer Paradise. Kaeya will also have a hangout event available, and players will be able to obtain Layla as a free character upon completing the event.

During the livestream, HoYoverse surprised players with nearly two minutes of Fontaine footage, giving a sneak peek of one of their upcoming characters, the city of Fontaine itself, and the Hydro Traveler's kit in an underwater setting. Fontaine in Genshin Impact will introduce fans to the steampunk Nation of Justice and is set to be released in Fall 2023. In the meantime, players can start saving up their Primogems for the new characters coming in Version 4.0.

As part of the livestream tradition, HoYoverse also distributed three Primogem codes for Genshin Impact players to redeem: QBQ2NH6DB4Z9, 2SR3PY7CA52V, and 6A836GNUA52Z. Along with these codes, fans will have the opportunity to earn a significant number of Primogems through the minigames featured in the flagship event. This will hopefully give them a chance to make some free pulls on the Version's character and weapon banners.

In Version 3.8 of Genshin Impact, players can look forward to a return to a more traditional style of gameplay after the focus on the Genius Invokation TGC in Version 3.7. The Genshin Impact community has been buzzing with leaks, providing fans with a clearer picture of what to expect in the next chapter of the story. Excitement is building as highly-anticipated characters like Sandrone and Arlecchino from the Fatui Harbingers are rumored to be making their debut. Genshin Impact is currently available on PC, Mobile, PS4, and PS5, with a Switch port also in the works.
