In order for Freminet to ascend, a considerable number of drops from these aberrants is necessary, bearing in mind that adversaries of greater proficiency often yield superior-grade loot.

Boss Drop - How to Get Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelius
The Icewind Suite boss, located near the Fountain of Lucine, can be challenged by approaching Maillardet. By choosing "Nemesis of Coppelius," players can initiate a battle against one of the suite's halves, Coppelius. This decision will lead to Coppelius' drops, which consist of the necessary boss material for Freminet: Artificed Spare Clockwork Component — Coppelius.
Local Specialty - Romaritime Flower Locations
The final essential item required for Freminet's ascent is a unique local delicacy from Fontaine called Romaritime Flowers. These exceptional plants can be found in various locations throughout Fontaine, primarily underwater, and can only be harvested when they are affected by Hydro.
Fortunately, if players encounter difficulty in obtaining an adequate quantity of these flowers, they have the option to cultivate them in the Serenitea Pot or purchase them from two different vendors. Xana, who becomes accessible after completing the Ancient Colors World Quest, offers 10 of these flowers in exchange for one Strange Part. On the other hand, Hinterman, situated in Poisson, sells five flowers at a time for 1,000 Mora each and replenishes his stock on a weekly basis.

Trounce Materials - Worldspan Fern
Instead of finding the trounce material required for upgrading Freminet in Fontaine, players must venture to Sumeru and conquer the Realm of Beginnings trounce challenge. This challenge rewards players with the elusive Worldspan Fern, which is used to level up talents. Unlocking this trounce challenge requires completing Nahida's second Story Quest: Homecoming.
