Where to Use Noble Pursuit

To obtain the Noble Pursuit drink in Breath of the Wild, players must complete a Shrine Quest. However, in Tears of the Kingdom, Link can simply purchase it for himself. Before reaching a certain point in the main quests, players will not have access to the recipe for Noble Pursuit, making it unobtainable. Once unlocked, the drink can be bought in Gerudo Town.

Veteran players of Breath of the Wild may question whether or not completing the Noble Pursuit quest is necessary to unlock a Shrine. While it is linked to a side quest in Tears of the Kingdom, it won't provide any clues as to the whereabouts of any Shrines of Light. Therefore, it may be more beneficial to save the Noble Pursuit quest for when Link's health is low.

Prior to purchasing the Noble Pursuit, players must complete the "Riju of Gerudo Town" main quest and clear the Lightning Temple. Upon Link's initial arrival in Gerudo Town, the area will be deserted as the residents have taken refuge in an underground shelter. The only way to restore the town to its former glory is by assisting Riju and eliminating the sandstorm and Gibdos.

One can head back to Gerudo Town post the Lightning Temple and make way to the Noble Canteen located towards the right from the north gate at coordinates -3854, -2857, 0046. To acquire a free Noble Pursuit, there are two methods available. Firstly, conversing with the bartender at Noble Canteen will result in Link being rewarded with a Noble Pursuit as an expression of gratitude for assisting the Gerudo.

Players who have finished the "Mattison's Independence" side quest in Tarrey Town can enjoy another free Noble Pursuit, courtesy of Mattison, by speaking to the bartender. However, once the freebies are over, Link will need to pay the standard price of 20 Rupees for the cocktail. While this may seem like a small amount, players should consider if they want to spend their Rupees on the drink or save them for other materials.

Players may receive a heads-up from the bartender at the Noble Canteen that the establishment is running low on ice. In such cases, players can lend a hand by restocking the ice supply. This can be accomplished by visiting Anche at the Northern Ice House (-3747, -2306, 0040) and offering assistance.

In the underground shelter at -3863, -2989, 0032, Gerudo Town offers an evening class called "Voe and You." To volunteer for the class, speak with the teacher, Ashai. Three Gerudo students will approach Link, each with their own unique problem. The second student, Pritana, can be aided with the Noble Pursuit, but players must first assist Nali, the first student. To do so, Link must equip headgear that conceals his face, such as Majora's Mask or Cece's Hat.

If Pritana brings up the Noble Pursuit during the Voe and You class conversation, Link can offer it to her as a teaching aid. It is worth noting, however, that assisting the Voe and You students does not result in any rewards.

Noble Pursuit Recipe

A Noble Pursuit available at the Canteen can replenish 4 Hearts, but for those seeking a more potent version, Link will need to craft his own. The recipe calls for the following ingredients:

When preparing a Noble Pursuit dish in Breath of the Wild, players have the option to select up to 5 ingredients for their recipe. This means that they can easily double any of the required ingredients such as Hydromelon, Palm Fruit, Voltfruit, and Rock Salt to make the dish even more potent. By adding an extra fruit, players can create a Noble Pursuit that restores a whopping 5 Hearts of Link's health.

When crafting a potent Noble Pursuit, players can take advantage of a Blood Moon to create one that restores 5 or more Hearts. It's worth noting that, while HP recovery is the only benefit conferred by the Noble Pursuit, it can be a crucial factor in battles. Don't forget that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is now available on the Nintendo Switch.
