As players descend from above, a prominent obelisk stands tall amidst the eerie swampy ruins. Numerous wells are scattered across the area, providing access to the caverns concealed beneath the ruins. However, the most optimal well to utilize is situated on the island adjacent to this remarkable obelisk.
Players can explore the Deya Village Ruins Well and descend into the expansive cavern below. Upon arrival, they will discover a vast underground lake adorned with multiple rugged platforms, providing ample spaces to touch down.
From where they enter, the glowing spiral of the shrine should be noticeable across the water toward the south end of the cave.
However, a formidable challenge awaits on the larger island preceding the shrine - a colossal Stone Talus poised to strike at any trespassers. Although engaging in combat with this behemoth is not obligatory, vanquishing it beforehand can considerably streamline the journey.
If players opt to engage in combat with the Stone Talus, they will discover that its vulnerable spot is a luminous rock situated on its lower back. Similar to most encounters with Talus creatures, players have the option to employ the Recall ability to redirect the boulder-like fists that the Stone Talus hurls towards it. This strategic move enables players to effortlessly scale the creature and launch attacks on its weak point.
To reach the shrine's elevated ledge at the rear of the cave, players must navigate through the damp and slippery cave walls. Climbing can be made easier with the use of the Froggy Suit or by being equipped with Sticky Elixirs. These elixirs can be created by cooking a Sticky Frog or Sticky Lizard along with any monster part. The duration of the elixir's effect increases with the inclusion of more sticky critters in the recipe.
Alternatively, players have the option of equipping the Zora Armor, which enables them to effortlessly swim against the current of the waterfall descending from the shrine's ledge. Another strategy would involve utilizing Zonai Devices to construct a makeshift ramp or vehicle that would allow them to ascend the steep cliff.
At the top, Link is able to interact with the Zonai terminal and open the Susub Shrine.
Upon entering, players will find Rauru's Blessing and a chest that holds a powerful Magic Staff. As they make their way to the top of the stairs, a statue awaits interaction, granting them the coveted Light of Blessing to complete the shrine.
