Cyberpunk 2077 offers a range of gameplay experiences, featuring combat, hacking, romance, and collectibles. In addition to action-packed missions and side quests, there are also achievements with lower stakes. For instance, graffiti vandals are causing trouble in Night City by spray-painting tarot cards, and the protagonist, V, is assigned the task of locating and scanning all the artwork.
As part of the Phantom Liberty DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, players can explore an area known as Dogtown, which is plagued by its own graffiti issues. In the side quest "Tomorrow Never Knows," players must track down four new tarot cards. Given the numerous hidden spots in Dogtown, this guide provides the precise locations of these tarot cards.
King of Cups
The initial card that players will encounter, should they be dedicated to the overarching Phantom Liberty narrative, is the King of Cups, although its presence may elude them upon their initial arrival in the vicinity. Songbird will promptly contact V and eagerly implore them to journey towards the Dogtown entrance in close proximity to the esteemed Petrochem Stadium.
Upon initial approach to the gate, players will immediately observe the substantial presence of guarding personnel. However, there is no necessity to engage with the guards in order to locate the graffiti depicting tarot cards. Therefore, unless instigated, there should be no hostile encounters with the guards. The aforementioned graffiti can be found on the stone wall adjacent to the trash can and preceding the pathway leading right, where Songbird initially emerges before V's presence. For the Tomorrow Never Knows side job to be completed, players are required to scan and log the tarot cards featured in the graffiti.
King of Pentacles
The King of Pentacles, the second card in the DLC, can be unlocked only after successfully completing the opening missions namely Dog Eat Dog, Hole in the Sky, and Spider and the Fly.
King of Wards
After beating the Chimera, President Myers and V will retreat to a secure location. As players make their way towards the entrance of the Hideout, they will come across a collection of lockers in the hallway, with the graffiti tarot prominently displayed on the adjacent wall. In case players overlook it, they can easily return to the Hideout by utilizing the Kress Street fast travel terminal.
By following the main quest line, players will eventually encounter the King of Wards. After completing the mission "Lucretia My Reflection," V is directed to a Basketball Court where they must locate Solomon Reed. Players can easily identify the correct location by spotting a colossal spherical structure nearby.
Players sitting on the top of the stone bleachers will have a clear view of a staircase featuring the King of Wards. To prevent the next steps of the mission from being triggered, it is advisable to scan the card before taking a seat next to Johnny, especially when visiting during the Lucretia My Reflection mission.
King of Swords
The King of Swords, an elusive graffiti tarot card, can be found discreetly in Dogtown. To locate it, players need to venture to the vibrant strip of Longshore Stacks, brimming with shops, bars, and captivating establishments. This clandestine tarot card adorns the backside entrance of The Moth.
The Moth is a bar located on the upper level, which players will find directly across from the fast travel terminal situated in the red building. To reach The Moth, descend the staircase and continue beyond the white storage boxes positioned beneath the metal awning. Proceed further until a small stone staircase leading to the entrance comes into view, accompanied by a surveillance camera. At this location, players will encounter the King of Swords, which can be found against the wall next to the door.
Talk to Misty
Once players find and scan all the Dogtown tarot cards, they can consider the Tomorrow Never Knows mission accomplished by simply talking to Misty. However, players should note that Misty is not actually located in Dogtown. To meet with her, they need to journey to the Northside of Night City.
Players can locate Misty's shop, called Misty's Esoterica, situated in the Watson area, close to the Bradbury & Buran fast travel terminal. Once inside, engage in a conversation with Misty and discuss the tarot cards. The completion of the mission "Tomorrow Never Knows" awaits players after concluding their interaction with her.
"Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty" is accessible on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
