Freminet, a 4-star character in Genshin Impact, offers a distinct playstyle that excels at applying Cryo consistently and provides valuable support for the underappreciated Shattered Elemental Reaction. In addition to benefiting from triggering Shattered by receiving a damage bonus, two of Freminet’s six Constellations require players to strategically utilize Elemental Reactions in order to activate powerful buffs.

Are Freminet Constellations Worth It In Genshin Impact?

Regrettably, as a 4-star unit, Freminet's potential is overshadowed by 5-star characters such as Eula. Nonetheless, for players dedicated to acquiring his duplicates and utilizing him as their primary DPS, here is a comprehensive guide to Freminet's Constellations in Genshin Impact.

If you're comparing Freminet to DPS characters such as Eula in Genshin Impact, he may not measure up. However, if players have a preference for playing as the Fatui sibling, acquiring his C2 and C6 Constellations would still hold some value.

C1 - Dreams of the Foamy Deep

Effect: The CRIT Rate of Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will be increased by 15%.

Importance: Medium

C2 - Penguins and the Land of Plenty

It would've been great to have a 15% Crit Rate that wasn't restricted to just one aspect of Freminet's ability, but unfortunately, that's how it is. On the bright side, this ability impacts all of Freminet's Elemental Skill Cryo hits, so it's still decent. However, it doesn't eliminate the need for Crit Rate for the Fatui's Normal Attack.

Effect: Unleashing Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will restore 2 Energy to Freminet. If a Pressure Level 4 Shattering Pressure is unleashed, this will restore 3 Energy.

Importance: High

Although two or three Energy may appear insignificant, it is worth noting that Freminet's Elemental Burst in Genshin Impact only necessitates 60 Energy. Thus, this particular Constellation is actually quite advantageous. With this upgrade, he can acquire approximately 12 Energy while waiting for the Burst to cool down, significantly diminishing the amount of Energy required to activate his Ultimate ability once more.

C4 - Dance of the Snowy Moon and Flute

Effect: After Freminet triggers Frozen, Shatter, or Superconduct against opponents, his ATK will be increased by 9% for 6s. Max 2 stacks. This can be triggered once every 0.3s.

Importance: Medium

C4 emphasizes the significance of Elemental Reactions when playing Freminet. However, unlike his Ascension Skill that only activates upon the occurrence of the Shattered Reaction, Freminet's fourth Constellation in Genshin Impact is more versatile as players can rely on other effects such as Frozen or Superconduct to trigger it. The ATK boost is comparable to a two-piece Artifact set that grants an 18% ATK bonus to the Fatui.

C6 - Moment of Waking and Resolve

Effect: When Freminet uses Frozen, Shatter, or Superconduct on enemies, his CRIT DMG will receive a 12% boost for 6 seconds. This effect can stack up to three times and can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds.

Similar to his C4, Freminet's C6 also requires one of the three Elemental Reactions to activate. However, the bonus it provides is even more significant, granting a 36% Critical Damage increase. If players have a decent amount of Critical Rate, upgrading to this final level will greatly enhance Freminet's damage per second.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
