Hearthstone has recently unveiled the Titans expansion, which is the second expansion for the Year of the Wolf. This exciting new card set introduces the renowned Titans from the Warcraft universe into Hearthstone, along with an innovative keyword and distinctive gameplay mechanics.
In the vast lore of Warcraft, the Titans are revered as godly entities who have played a central role in shaping the emerging World-Soul of Azeroth. They have not only played a part in creating numerous playable races within World of Warcraft but have also been instrumental in the formation of the formidable Burning Legion. Throughout their existence, the Titans and their esteemed Keeper lieutenants have engaged in battles against the menacing Old Gods, served as a source of inspiration for various religions, and even granted extraordinary powers to creatures such as the Dragonflights to safeguard the planet.
Now, Hearthstone is introducing the arrival of the Titans and Keepers. This exciting update grants each of the 11 classes in the game a distinctive Titan. These formidable minions are unable to attack when initially played. However, they possess three game-changing abilities, with players getting to choose one of these powers upon playing the card. If the Titan manages to survive long enough to utilize all three abilities, it gains the ability to attack on the fourth turn. Alongside these mighty Titans, the expansion will feature numerous other powerful cards, including class-specific Keeper Legendaries. Additionally, players can obtain the first-ever Legendary Location card – The Prison of Yogg-Saron from Wrath of the Lich King – free of charge by simply logging into the game.
Hearthstone Titans Card List, As Revealed So Far
Titans is introducing a fresh keyword and reintroducing another in Hearthstone. Introducing Forge, a novel ability that enhances cards whilst in hand. Similar to Tradeable cards from Hearthstone's Year of the Wolf, players have the ability to add Forge cards to their deck by dragging them. Additionally, Magnetic is making a powerful comeback, with nearly every class receiving support for this popular mechanic that focuses on Mechs.
Norgannon, the Mage Titan, has the capability to duplicate their control abilities with every use.
Eonar, the Druid Titan, summons a formidable Taunt minion whenever she employs her game-altering abilities.
Hodir, the Hunter Legendary Keeper, makes the next three minions played have eight attack and health.
Tyr, the Paladin Legendary Keeper, resurrects a 2, 3, and 4-Attack Paladin minion when played.
Khaz’goroth and Golganneth will appear as the Warrior and Shaman Titans respectively.
