The Voyager Boxes, while the priciest in Pokemon GO, contain valuable items. Due to their high cost, trainers may opt to purchase items separately instead. However, if they have extra PokeCoins to spare, investing in these boxes may prove worthwhile.
How to Access the Pokemon GO Shop
Accessing the Shop in Pokemon GO is very easy. All players need to do is:
Tap the Poke Ball icon on the map.
When you go to the Shop, you will see the "Limited Time Only!" section, which will be shown first. After that, you will find the Styles section, which offers accessories and clothing for your avatar character that match various in-game events. As the weeks pass, the majority of the "Limited Time Only!" boxes will be replaced with new ones. However, during Halloween and Christmas, there will be special holiday-themed "Limited Time Only!" boxes available. If players want to get their hands on these boxes, it is advisable for them to start saving up their PokeCoins.

Understanding Voyager Box Contents
When it comes to catching Pokemon with high CP or those notorious for fleeing, Ultra Balls are the go-to option due to their superior catch rate compared to Great Balls. As players level up, particularly when they reach level 20, the odds of obtaining an Ultra Ball from spinning PokeStop/Gym discs become significantly lower.
In Pokemon GO, players are given a single Egg Incubator that does not break after use. However, since Pokemon Eggs are obtained whenever players spin a disc (given that they have enough storage space), it is easy for players to run out of Incubators to hatch their Eggs. Trainers can hold up to 9 Eggs and 3 Strange Eggs, with each Egg falling into different categories based on the distance it takes to hatch: 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km, and 12km.
The regular Egg Incubators (blue) as well as the Super Incubators have a limit of three uses before breaking. If a Pokemon Egg is placed in a regular Egg Incubator, it will take the same amount of time to hatch as it would in the unbreakable Egg Incubator. On the other hand, using the Super Incubator to incubate an Egg will cut the required hatch distance in half.
Trainers can purchase a single Egg Incubator for 150 PokeCoins or a single Super Incubator for 200 PokeCoins. Unlike Poke Balls or Max Potions, Egg Incubators and Super Incubators cannot be purchased in large quantities. In order to acquire more than one Incubator simultaneously, Trainers must opt for either a Voyager Box or a Hatch Box.
However, it is important to note that the Hatch Box, being a "Limited Time Only!" item, may not always be available for purchase in the shop.
Is It Worth Buying a Voyager Box?
Trainers should only consider purchasing Voyager Boxes if they are in dire need of Egg Incubators and have extra PokeCoins to spare. It's important to note that Egg Incubators are typically awarded when specific Trainer Levels are reached. Therefore, as the Trainer Level increases, there may be no need to purchase the Voyager Box. Instead, players can opt to buy individual Incubators as needed.
However, it's worth mentioning that the Voyager Box offers a cost-effective option as it includes x8 Super Incubators and x10 Egg Incubators, priced at 1750 PokeCoins. Buying these items individually would cost 1600 PokeCoins for x8 Super Incubators and 1500 PokeCoins for x10 Egg Incubators. Additionally, the inclusion of x40 Ultra Balls in the Voyager Box is a great deal considering they cannot be purchased from the shop.
Best Way to Farm PokeCoins
To obtain PokeCoins without spending real currency, the only option is to assign Pokemon to defend Gyms. Each hour spent in the Gym allows them to accumulate x6 PokeCoins. However, Pokemon GO imposes a maximum limit of 50 PokeCoins per day. Consequently, if trainers leave multiple Pokemon at different Gyms and they all return on the same day, they will only receive 50 Coins, missing out on the remaining amount.
To ensure that a Pokemon remains in a Gym and earns Coins, the most effective strategy is to regularly feed it berries, maintaining its Stamina at a high level. By providing a Golden Razz Berry, the Pokemon's Stamina will be completely restored.
In addition, trainers have the option of leaving a Pokemon in a gym that is almost full. Each gym has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 Pokemon, one per trainer. The greater the number of Pokemon in the gym, the more Gym Challenges opposing trainers will need to complete in order to clear it out. Moreover, it is advantageous to place a Pokemon in a gym where the existing Pokemon possess moderate to high Stamina.
Lastly, PokeCoins can also be obtained by purchasing them with real money from the Shop.
