The Phantom Liberty expansion in Cyberpunk 2077 allows players to level up their character's attributes beyond the previous level cap of 50, offering even more customization options for their version of V. Alongside the introduction of the new Relic Point system, this expansion fulfills the game's original promise of unlocking V's full potential. Additionally, the attribute system from the base game is retained in Phantom Liberty, with players able to improve Body, Reflexes, Technical Abilities, Intelligence, and Cool. Furthermore, the recent 2.0 update, separate from the expansion, has completely transformed the perk system, making Cyberpunk 2077 feel like a completely revitalized experience.

Phantom Liberty Max Attribute Points

Phantom Liberty introduces a higher max attribute points level in Cyberpunk 2077. Previously, players could access a total of 71 attribute points with a max level of 50. This prevented them from fully maxing out all five attribute categories, which were limited to 20 each.

With the update, Phantom Liberty has increased the max level by 10 points, now allowing players to reach a level of 60. This grants them an additional 10 attribute points to allocate as they desire. Consequently, the maximum attribute point level in Cyberpunk 2077 has risen to 81. While it still doesn't enable players to fully maximize all attribute categories, it does provide the opportunity to significantly enhance multiple categories, thereby unlocking previously unavailable perks.

Phantom Liberty Max Perk Points

Players who are curious about the number of attribute points in Phantom Liberty may also be interested in the number of perk points available. In the original version of Cyberpunk 2077, players had a total of 70 perk points. However, this was not sufficient to fully unlock all perk trees, similar to the attribute point cap.

Regrettably, even with the increased maximum of 80 perk points in Phantom Liberty, players will still be unable to fully unlock the perk tree. Nevertheless, the additional 10 perk points can have a significant impact on the power level of V.

Additionally, players can now avail the advantage of the 2.0 update by freely modifying their character's attributes at their convenience. This brand-new feature comes without any cost and can be accessed through the Character menu, allowing players to respec their character at any given moment during the game.
