Once the pre-order is complete, they can collect the T-shirt during the event and also receive a code for a matching Pokemon GO avatar item. Pokemon GO Fest 2023: Osaka All Features

Enhancements at Pokemon GO Fest Osaka comprise the inclusion of Mega Rayquaza in raids across Suita City and Osaka City. Ticket holders will be awarded Mega energy. Trainers will have the opportunity to stumble upon Meteorites associated with Rayquaza’s Dragon Ascent attack and instruct it the formidable Charged Attack. The occasion also unveils the arrival of the Mythical Pokemon Diancie through exclusive Special Research, along with encounters with Carbink.

Mega Diancie will be introduced for the first time at GO Fest 2023, with ticket holders in London, Osaka, and New York City having the first opportunity to encounter it in person. It will then have a global debut during GO Fest 2023: Global. Additionally, during the Osaka event, the Avianoid Pokemon, Sigilyph, which is usually found around Greece and Egypt, will also make an appearance.

At GO Fest 2023: Osaka, players will have the chance to encounter Shiny Dewpider and Shiny Petilil for the first time. Shiny Unown will also make its debut at the events held in London and Osaka. By taking a snapshot while exploring the Expo '70 Commemorative Park, players can receive a Frost Rotom encounter as a reward.
