The Rising Shadows event has kicked off in Pokemon GO and will only be available for a limited time. During this event, players will have the opportunity to catch Shadow Pokemon that are not typically found in the wild. The Rising Shadows event is scheduled to run from May 22 at 10 am local time to May 28 at 8 pm local time. This gives players ample opportunity to gather rewards and catch various Pokemon during the event. Additionally, there will be field research tasks available for players to complete.
Players have the opportunity to obtain exclusive rewards by spinning PokeStops during the Pokemon GO event. These rewards can be found in the saved Field Research collection and can even be completed after the event has ended. The Raiding Shadows field research tasks and rewards are as follows:

Shadow Raids in Pokemon GO
During the upcoming Shadow Raid event, players will have the chance to encounter Shadow Mewtwo once again. This time, there's an added twist: a Shiny version of the legendary Pokemon will also be up for grabs, although players will need some luck on their side to obtain it. Shadow Mewtwo will exclusively appear in five-star Shadow Raids throughout the duration of the event. Additionally, players can also look forward to encountering a variety of other Pokemon in Shadow Raids, with one-star Shadow Raids featuring a different set of creatures.

New Avatar Pose
A fresh addition has made its way to the Pokemon GO shop, introducing the newest pose called the "Rising Hero Pose." The pose is accessible by navigating to the in-game shop and clicking on the promotional advertisement.
