Princess Zelda Kidnapped is a thrilling side adventure in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which can be accessed by talking to Penn at the top of the Dueling Peaks Stable. In order to complete this quest, players must venture into the "carved-out heart of the towering twins," which involves a brief combat encounter. Our comprehensive walkthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom's Princess Zelda Kidnapped will guide players to this location and help them navigate the challenges that lie ahead.
After conversing with Penn at the coordinates 1756, -1924, 0038, players must make their way towards the Dueling Peaks, a majestic mountain split in two, located towards the west of the stable. Specifically, enthusiasts should head towards the coordinates 1324, -1964, 0304, a spot situated near the summit of the southern peak. In case any TotK players face difficulty in reaching this location, there are a few alternative options that can be explored.
Launch yourself from the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower located to the west (coordinates 0602, -2119, 0098) and glide towards the destination. While gliding, activate Recall within the canyon situated between the peaks, and locate a rock that has fallen from the sky. Upon reaching the rock, stand on it and use Recall again to reach the summit of the peaks. Glide towards the destination and climb up from the Popla Foothills located to the southwest.
Upon reaching the coordinates 1324, -1964, 0304, players will come across what seems to be Zelda trapped inside a cage. However, it is not as it appears. This is a trap laid out by the cunning Yiga Clan, and freeing the supposed princess requires the use of TotK's Ultrahand ability to move the cage. Once freed, players will be faced with a battle against three members of the Yiga Clan.
Thankfully, these enemies are not very difficult to defeat, and players can emerge victorious with only a few well-placed strikes. Once the Yiga Clan members are vanquished, Penn will appear, signaling the successful completion of the Princess Zelda Kidnapped side quest.
Players can expect to receive rewards based on the number of Lucky Clover Gazette quests completed in this side adventure. Upon finishing Princess Zelda Kidnapped, players will receive a certain number of rupees and get closer to unlocking the Froggy Armor set in Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch.
