You may have already witnessed this scene. It shows a POV perspective of Regina and Karen, two of the plastics, in Regina's bedroom. They address the audience, saying "Now you," as though we are about to undergo a plastic makeover similar to Cady's. Regina then adds, "You could be really hot, if you change like, everything."
