According to reports, the new DLC for the latest Mortal Kombat game is expected to feature multiple third-party characters, with Homelander from The Boys comic and TV series being one of the most prominent rumors. The character's name was supposedly leaked from an Amazon Italy page, which also mentioned Peacemaker and Omni-Man as potential DLC characters. However, this information has not been officially confirmed, and the page has been deleted. Interestingly, Amazon's official social media account for The Boys may have accidentally confirmed Homelander's inclusion. Their response to a TikTok post was quickly shared on the MortalKombatLeaks subreddit. The original TikTok post discussed the introduction of a Homelander skin in Call of Duty, as well as skins for Starlight and Black Noir, who are also members of The Seven. These skins will be based on the likeness of the actors Anthony Starr, Erin Moriarty, and Nathan Mitchell, who play these characters in the popular Amazon Prime series.
NetherRealm studios has not officially confirmed Homelander's inclusion in Mortal Kombat 1, but some Reddit users believe that a post indirectly validates the Amazon Italy DLC leak. This leak suggests that Omni-Man and Peacemaker will also be included, along with the potential return of Quan Chi, Takeda, and Ermac.
