Travis Kelce's 4-year-old niece Wyatt absolutely loves a Taylor Swift song. When asked which Swift tracks he would like to hear at the next Kelce Jam, the 34-year-old had one song in mind.
"Right now, the song 'So High School' is the one that stands out to me," he shared with Access Hollywood during the Kelce Jam music festival in Kansas on Saturday, May 18. "I feel like everyone can really get pumped up to that one."
As the interviewer mentioned some of Taylor Swift's songs like "The Alchemy," "Fearless," and "The Man," Kelce had a reaction to them.
Kelce mentioned, "There’s so many. ‘The Man’ is my niece’s favorite, so we can always go with ‘The Man.’" He later clarified that he was talking about Wyatt, who is the son of Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, and his wife, Kylie Kelce. Wyatt has siblings, daughters Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 14 months.
Travis revealed to People on Saturday that his favorite song of Taylor Swift’s is “So High School.” This track is from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, and is believed to be inspired by their romance, which began in the summer of 2023.
The lyrics in the song include mentions of Kelce's career as a professional football player for the Kansas City Chiefs and their relationship.
In 2016, Travis was asked to play a game of "Kiss, Marry, Kill" with Swift as one of the options, and he chose to kiss her. In the song, Swift talks about the game, singing, "Are you gonna marry, kiss, or kill me? It's just a game, but really."
Travis, who has been to many of Swift's Eras Tour concerts, recently showed his support for her as she started her European leg. "If you haven't been to one, you should definitely go," he told We exclusively on Saturday, expressing how amazing he thinks his girlfriend's shows are.
During a Paris show earlier this month, Swift gave a few sweet shoutouts to Travis. In fan videos shared on social media, Swift was captured blowing a kiss in Travis' direction while singing "So High School." At the end of the performance, she appeared to look towards where he was sitting in the audience, alongside her friend Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper in a private box.
