Taylor Swift is finding solace in the support of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, as she mourns the unexpected loss of one of her fans. A source close to the couple exclusively reveals, “She is incredibly thankful for Travis. He has been a pillar of strength for her during this difficult time. While her family has been there for her, having Travis by her side has provided a different kind of support."
Swift, who is 33, is reportedly still grappling with the loss of a 23-year-old fan named Ana Clara Benevides Machado, who died while attending the Eras Tour concert on Friday, November 17. A source revealed that Swift has been deeply affected by the tragedy and has found it difficult to discuss. The insider also shared that Swift's team has made contact with the fan's family to offer support.

Concert organizer Time for Fun (T4F) confirmed Machado’s death on Saturday, November 18, citing the heatwave in Brazil.
T4F's X (formerly Twitter) page posted that Ana Clara felt unwell and received immediate attention from a team of firefighters and paramedics. She was taken to the Estádio Olímpico Nilton Santos for first aid, and later transferred to Salgado Filho Hospital, where she tragically passed away after an hour of emergency care. Following the show, Swift shared a message on Instagram Story expressing her devastation over the loss of a fan, describing her as incredibly beautiful and far too young.
Swift made it clear that she would not touch upon the loss during her stage appearance. "I'm unable to address this from the stage as the grief is just too much to bear," she expressed. "I want to acknowledge that I am deeply affected by this loss, and my heart goes out to her loved ones. This is the last thing I expected when we planned to bring this tour to Brazil."

Following this, Ana Clara's father, Weiny Machado, requested that local authorities begin an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his daughter's death.
"I spoke to the local newspaper Folha de São Paulo on Saturday, sharing the devastating news of losing my beloved daughter. She was a bright and cheerful young woman on the cusp of graduating with a degree in Psychology next April. It's impossible to put into words the depth of my grief. She left home to pursue her dreams and tragically returned home in a different way."
Adding, "I am seeking to determine if there were restrictions on bringing water, and if there was any neglect in providing assistance. I am aware that the performer was distributing water to her fans, which is shocking for an event of this magnitude. While nothing can bring back my daughter, I hope that if negligence is confirmed, those responsible will be held accountable to prevent such a tragedy from happening to anyone else."
After receiving feedback from fans about Taylor Swift's efforts to provide water to concert attendees during Friday's performance, the next show had to be postponed due to the city's "extreme temperatures." Swift returned to the stage for the following two nights to conclude that leg of the tour. On Sunday, November 19, she performed "Bigger Than Whole Sky," which seemed to be a tribute to Ana Clara.
